What really bothered me, though, was the way Rahsaan treated me. He came across as rude and unprofessional, and the interaction left me feeling like my business didn't matter. I understand places get busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. I came in expecting a quick, straightforward visit and left disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because better communication and a more respectful attitude would make a big difference. I wish i could leave a 0 star honestly. I had no time for price comparisons, I had only one day where I was not too sick and loopy to get the service completed. Although I was a little spacey and talkative at the time due to the medications I thought I was in good hands because they (Rob & Mike) seemed down to earth and super friendly But that was not the case in the end. I don't know if it's because I am black or obviously disabled that prompted the extreme price gouge. All day my attitude was pleasant and I was constantly praising God for the little things praise worthy in conversations with other customers. I paid the bill chocking it up as a convenience fee as I knew I would not be able to have this done for another 6 mos and cancer/chemo in the summer heat is not an ideal situation. Bases on this isolated experience I would never go back to this shop and I would never recommend it to anyone because I put my best foot forward letting my light shine and they still chose to over charge as if I was not going to write a review.
