Battery died within 6 months (no I didn't leave a light on), leaks fluid, AND brakes pads needed to be changed within 9 months of purchase....folks I've driven this vehicle under 4000 miles the first year I had it. I don't even use it to commute to work. Needless to say, nice people, bad products (at least in my experience). I bought it as is, huge mistake. Never again. Next time I need a short term vehicle, I will lease instead (gosh I should of listened to my co-worker when he made that recommendation).

They were originally offered approximately $37,000 for the trade-in, while the new 2026 Ford Lariat they were considering was priced at around $43,000. After my parents contacted me, I researched comparable vehicles and found the same model year advertised at other dealerships for approximately $36,000-$37,000. Because I help care for my parents and look out for their best interests, I called the dealership and simply asked whether they could match the pricing available elsewhere. I was transferred to a finance manager who told me Eric was off that day and that he could not disclose much information to me. I understood that, but I still expected Eric or a manager to return my call and explain their position. Eric never called me back. I then asked whether my father could sell his Frontier directly to the dealership without purchasing another vehicle. I was told that should not be a problem. My parents drove there, explained that they only wanted to sell the truck, and were again told it would be fine. They returned home to get the title, but when they came back, the dealership suddenly changed its position and refused to purchase the truck. They referenced my earlier call about price matching and said the original offer would only be honored as part of the trade-in deal. That is extremely poor customer service. If the $37,000 offer was conditional upon purchasing their vehicle, that should have been explained clearly from the beginning. Instead, my elderly parents were told the dealership would purchase their truck, sent home to retrieve the title, and then turned away when they returned. I previously worked in car sales, so I understand how dealerships operate. A simple, honest phone call from Eric or a manager could have prevented this entire situation. Instead, the communication was unclear, the terms changed, and my parents' time was wasted. We will be selling the Frontier elsewhere and purchasing a comparable vehicle from another dealership for approximately $6,000 less. This dealership didn't just lose a sale--it lost our trust completely. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Please research pricing carefully, get every offer and condition in writing, and consider shopping elsewhere--especially if you are helping an elderly family member.
