They sell you with their showroom and they a large variety of materials for metal working but it's honestly not worth the wait, customer service, and price. They don't even price match. I had made a material list of what I needed and they were quoting me at $1,200 before tax and Pattons came in at $690. I even showed them proof and they refused to match the price. Anyway I placed the order at IMS for that single tube... I went to Patton got the rest of the material there (took only 20min to place the order and drive out with my material) and when I got back to IMS still waited another half hour to get single tube on my truck. The worst part is when the sales rep has you in hopes that the material is there only to have you wait 1 1/2 hrs and tell you they don't have it... they have to email their own guys to do a stock check. Idk why they can't just walk over themselves to check. First and last time here

After driving it around we noticed a "thud" when turning, took it back to them because they also wanted to make sure of the torque marks after 400-500 miles (safety purposes) and I addressed the issue, they took the time to diagnose it. I understand things can get quite hectic and the time isn't always right but either don't answer the call or immediately ask to give them a call back. He allowed me to proceed for a QUICK second, literally... explaining we found him on google, he cut me off and said he's not interested and hung up. Not even 5 seconds of listening! I was appalled. I didn't even get to explain what work we needed.... he blatantly just cut me off and rejected work. WHAT COMPANY REJECTS WORK?? We're an industrial company that could have potentially been returning customers time and time again with all the routine work on our equipment, not to mention rave about it to the other sub divisions within who could also keep them in mind for the future? Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and I still can't believe this. They don't deserve new cliental. DON'T BOTHER.
