    Simply the best in town and probably SoCal. They do great honest work and are super respectful, nice, knowledgeable and honest. Oh and I can't forget how reasonably priced they were too!!! They don't act like they're better than everyone else and they won't overcharge u for work like some of these other shops around the area. Love these guys Cassie and Johnny thank you guys

    Icon dual rate springs and level one shocks... They also did some front end work to improve the ride over the factory setup.

    They know their stuff and do amazing work.. Brought my F250 in to upgrade the suspension from a cheap leveling kit which was installed when the truck was new. Everyone is super friendly and even though I know I am a difficult customer, calling to check in all the time and asking a ton of questions, they gave me great customer service. I love the work they did!! It's like a brand new truck. One of the most important things for me when dealing with my vehicles is being able to trust the place I take it, and I trust this company! I would and have recommended them!

    I can't say enough great things about the SoCal Super Trucks team! This is our 6th build with Casey and Bill and they keep exceeding every expectation we throw at them. We have traveled from Vegas to the I.E for going on for the last 18 years to have these guys build trucks for our family. They have it all and a top notch service team. If your anywhere in So Cal and need wheels , tires , lifts or any truck accessory for that matter, get over to see these guys. You won't be disappointed.

    These guys do AMAZING work!!! Casey walked me through the process start to finish. He set me up with powder coated and paint guy. Truck is about 2/3 complete and I will NEVER take my truck to ANYONE else!!!!!

    COUGHLIN'S LAW: LISTEN TO MR. COUGHLIN, HE KNOWS HIS STUFF! WHEN HE SAYS THE JOB IS GOING TO TAKE 3 MONTHS TO GET ALL THE PARTS AND PIECES FOR MY PROJECT, AND THAT'S EXACTLY HOW LONG IT TOOK FOR THIS PROJECT, START TO FINISH, TO THE DAY! I went in on Thursday, 1/20/22. Spent over an hour with Casey Coughlin discussing and pricing out the project. Now mind you, my focus is Mid and Hi Level accessories and goods. No low end, China, non-good name branded products for me! When designing/choosing the lighting option, Casey said Baja Designs for the front and Rigid in the Rear is the recommendation and without hesitate I agreed with his selection. Keeping budget in mind, Casey quoted me 3" cube Sport Models for the wings, a BD 30" light bar for the center, and the Warn EV 12k winch. Then he hits me with a $600 button control module. Ouch, what about the nice $200 controller on Amazon I asked? You want quality, you gotta pay for that! After regaining the strength in my knees and crying internally at this unanticipated upsell, yet needed device, I relented and accepted it as part of the project and doing things right and not on the cheap. Once again Casey inputs all the data into his system and it spits out a beautiful print out of the project. I choke! I mutter for a few minutes, pace around the showroom and finally gave the approval, let's go for it! Next step, the order process. I tell Casey I have an event at the end of March and that I would like this done in time for it. Mr. Coughlin advises with much confidence & humor, "It's not going to happen. 12 weeks from date of ordering minimum!" What! In this day of instant gratification, I want my project parts now daddy! (Veruca) Casey, could it be sooner? Could, but doubtful, Baja is on a 10-week backlog. Bumpers have to be made. For the next 11 weeks, I was a 10-minute pain in the ass once a week, stopping in to get status / shipping updates / and ask general questions. During this waiting period, it gave me more time to review, look, think, and more importantly, find some more money in case of overruns or unseen circumstances or sudden changes. Week 11 comes and I get the call, all parts and pieces are in and I'm on the schedule and the truck is dropped on 4/15/2022. Side note, I ordered a modified overhead console panel that is made to mount the Switch Pros button panel to it. It looks RADICAL! I feel like Knight Rider reaching up to push the buttons. All its missing is the Turbo Boost Button. I also bought a panel piece that mounts to the inner fender that you mount the Switch Pros brain to it to make the job extra clean. They did an incredible and clean job installing those accessories. Casey and SCST went so far above and beyond for me and my project. Not once did I feel I was bothering Casey each week when I would go in for changes or updates. NO matter how ludicrous my questions were, Casey had the knowledge and knowhow on everything I threw at him. The guy is unflappable such a "Joe Cool" style. This is my second major project with SCST with my truck. I can't tell you have well these guys took care of everything I asked for. (Yes I can, I'm doing it here!) On the day of the drop off I asked if the shop could handle some last-minute repairs that need to be made to the truck. Without hesitation, Casey made it happen. The best part, Casey went easy on the cost to fix the issues! Such fair labor rates! Another huge benefit to utilizing SCST is that they were able to recycle my factory bumpers so I wouldn't have to take them home and store them somewhere. SCST is Environmentally conscience to boot. Today is Thursday, April 21, 2022 and exactly 3 month / 12 weeks to the Day, I'm picking up my completed and repaired baby. As Sargent Hartman says in Full Metal Jacket, "Wholly Jesus!" This truck is Mad Max Beastly. The Fab Fours bumper is gnarly. The rear WARN bumper PHAT. All the installed lights and the winch make this truck one Sexy Beast! Once again, another project DONE RIGHT BY SOCAL SUPER TRUCKS! I AM SO HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING DONE TO MY GMC. These guys went above and beyond to cater to all my questions and changes to make sure I would be happy. Needless to say, I am ecstatic. If we have a revolution in this country, my Mad Max truck is ready to conquer. Job well done SCST. Thank you so much Casey for putting up with me and my constant changes and such. You were great. Thank you again, for a job well done.

    I got wheels, tires and a 2" lift on my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. The guys there did a great job and I am very happy with the way it looks.

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.
