I like that they are licensed, bonded, and insured, hire veterans and first responders, and background check everyone. The owner is on top of it, and a supervisor checks each job. They are true professionals! The one-star rating isn't even her client and lives in CA. She tried contacting the person to no avail. I would ignore that because they are top-notch!

The employee was on time and did his measurements but failed to send me an estimate via email. Every time I called him he would have some excuse why he didn't send it and then proceeded to tell me the amount over the phone which was an absurd price. I said okay send it via email so I can have it as a reference and it's been weeks since then and still nothing. I don't understand why an agency does this if they don't want to do work they can just say so rather than waste my time. I shouldn't have to constantly call and ask them to send me an estimate. Overall communication has been dismal and I'm glad to say I'll never have to deal with it again.
