Brian took the screens off the vent and said it was the problem. He lied. The duct is still clogged. And he made it even worse using a water hose and a leaf blower pushing alot of debris back into our new dryer. He assigned Jeremey his head Service Technician to investigate the situation that day. Jeremy arrived within 2 hours with a huge amount of Aloha Spirit, courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. He offered an expert analysis on the findings and conditions determining the immediate steps to take. The ServiceMaster Team - David, Harrison, Roy and Zach arrived the next day to start water mitigation then mold remediation.
