As a first time car owner in the US, Atul patiently took the time to explain to me what does all the various coverages in the policy mean. He added a couple of coverages for a small extra cost like Glass Deductible and OEM parts only, which in hindsight I am SO thankful that he did that! Also, he gave a very competitive pricing for my Porsche unlike the other Insurance companies I approached. I once had a theft incident in SFO where they broke my rear windshield. Another time I had a bizarre accident where an electrical line came low and shattered my front windshield while driving on a highway. Both the times, my claim process with Farmers was super smooth and didn't loose much from my hand since I had the Glass Deductible coverage. Due to the OEM parts coverage, I was made sure only genuine Porsche products were installed & not any after-market parts.
