I often refer clients to a handful of agents so that they can choose the agent and policy that they like best. Diana CONSISTANTLY impresses my referrals with professionalism as well as beats out the other companies quotes. Not only does Intrinsic offer extremely competitive prices but I have NO DOUBT in my mind that my customers will be taken care of. She is always looking out for the clients best interest. There has not been one instance in which my client has given me any other feedback other than praise for Intrinsic and their employees. One reason insurance is such a headache to deal with is because its not easily understood by the average consumer. There can be different levels of coverage, premiums, prices, hidden costs, etc. but Intrinsic is 100% transparent. And he did it in record time (before our old policy had lapsed)! Then I did this crazy thing, and asked him to re-certify all of our previous certificates for all the clients that were listed on our old policy. This was the only good part of my experience with this company. I only gave them one star because I had to give them a rating, they really deserve nothing. Long story short, this company took my deposit and never followed Through with binding my workers' comp policy. In all of my years in business, I have never had an experience like this. When I called to follow up and find out what was going on, I was given the run around. Only to be told, they could not honor the original quote, I would have to pay over $2K more a year for the policy and they took no responsibility for it AT ALL! Needless to say, I have filed a complaint with the CA insurance commissioner. I hope this review helps someone else from not falling prey to the unethical business practices of Western Century Insurance Services.
