This year, it took me two days, and probably 14 hours invested, with only a handful of new quotes and not a single agent across 8 hours of outreach interested in quoting the entire portfolio (e.g. mulitple homes, vehicles, RV, motorcycles, etc.). Enter Divide Agency, or specifically, Stephen. Stephen answered his own phone on the first ring, and listening patiently while I explained what I was trying to do. By now, I feel like it was close to 4pm. We stuck out a lengthy call, and decided money could be saved across a couple lines, but not others. Stephen worked in my favor, exclusively, never pushing or pressuring a product or shift that didn't make sense. He took time to explain and clarify understandings I'd help for decades, that were no longer accurate. Even if it meant the call took us to nearly 7pm. Let me please be clear with what I am saying above, I wanted to send all my business to the guy, and he declined it anywhere it didn't make significant financial sense, then took the time to explain it to me and answer everyone question I asked.
