We Expanded Our Ohana All my Brides and Grooms...you just need to have one meeting with George and Chris. Just one to find out if they're for you. Why? Because when you know a good vibe and good company, you just know it. From the start of the planning process, until 12am on our wedding day, they never stopped showing how much attention to detail and passion they had for our wedding. We booked with beatfleet from a preferred list of vendors from our venue and the ease of the website and not having to dig too far, made me click that consultation button. We had our consultation meeting with Jorge and he really made it seem like they were invested in making this the best day for us. The packages were easy to understand and everything was laid out. No secrets. It wasn't until about maybe 30 days before the wedding, when Tina, our MC reached out to discuss the vibe we wanted for our wedding and music. I cannot tell you how easy it was to talk to this team and really have our preferences and song choices be heard. They made it an effortless day and they went above and beyond to make it a day we wouldn't forget now I know they went above and beyond because Tina with her personality and her aura guided me and my husband through the whole reception, making sure we were on time having a blast and remaining calm through all the little mishaps. I don't think I would have gone through the rest of the evening without Sean, Tina and Kris making the vibe amazing and seamless. We found out about Beat Fleet DJ's after our best recommended one of their DJ's, Terrance. They did not disappoint. My guests raved about how great Chris the MC, was. He kept the guests engaged, laughing and never a dull moment. He was super patient with us and helpful during our initial meeting and leading up the wedding. Everything was amazing! Rocio did an awesome job keeping us on schedule, she translated perfectly from English to Spanish, and her energetic personality really helped to set the mood! I worked with Rocio on the itinerary for several hours and she was so kind to help me with it and shared so much of her quinceañera knowledge! Leading up to the wedding, we worked with Ryan (MC) to review our preferred songs for the ceremony and reception as well the overall plan. Had very high expectations of Beat Fleet on my daughter's wedding at the Grand Island Mansion on July 26 but was very disappointed with the DJ. He messed up a lot of the music . Both the father/daughter dance and mother/son dance was messed up. DJ used his own music. He didn't use the time stamp my daughter had provided him.
