When I asked about another service, she even advised that if I'm already doing B12 shots, I didn't need it--encouraging me to save my money. It's always reassuring to work with someone who clearly has your best interests in mind. The location is clean, modern, and comfortable, with air purifiers throughout. The staff greets you right away and ensures they understand your needs. They offer packages, and checkout was quick and easy. Parking was easy for me that day, but keep in mind that the spa is located in a strip mall with several food and ice cream shops, so parking can be more challenging depending on the time you visit. I know how my face typically responds, and historically I begin seeing results within a couple of days. Recently, I received 160 units of Dysport and, after a full week, saw absolutely no change. Concerned, I returned to discuss the issue and suggested the possibility of a compromised or ineffective vial. Rather than having my concerns acknowledged, I felt dismissed and was told that perhaps my face needed a break from Dysport. The response I received was unprofessional and left me feeling unheard as a long-time client. I ultimately paid for an additional treatment, and within two days of the second injection, I was completely frozen as expected. This strongly suggested that the initial treatment was ineffective and validated the concerns I had raised from the beginning. What was most disappointing, however, was seeing a social media post that appeared to reference me and my personal situation. Regardless of any disagreement, discussing or alluding to clients on a public platform is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional and crosses a boundary that should never be crossed. Over the years, I have spent a significant amount of money at this business and referred numerous clients because I believed in the services being provided. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled and the lack of professionalism shown afterward have ensured that I will not be returning or recommending this business in the future. Which brought me here, laseraway. I saw a deal online about a discount and thats what sold me. I've been a client for over 2 years for laser tattoo removals. They use a technique to try and determine the length of treatment. I provided my history of the tattoo and location, size, etc. and they determined it would take about 17 sessions to fully remove it. I originally purchased 6 sessions with numbing and I didnt see any progress when it came to my 4th or 5th session so I added 4 more. Now, my sessions are almost coming to an end and I am on my 7th out of 10, the nurse said that it will all he gone if I added 3 more sessions afterwards. So a total of 13 sessions. Even with the numbing cream, each time, the laser will intensify to break down the pigment of the ink and deeper into your skin. They provide you with eye protection and a stress ball. They also provide cold air as they move the laser on your tattoo. Once they are done, they will provide you with some ointment, wrap, and an ice pack if needed. After each session, they recommend a longer healing time. I went from 3 weeks, to 4, 6, 8, 12...etc. so it doesnt get done immediately. My last 3 sessions will probably be 4 to 6 months apart. The reception staff are friendly and will try their best to upsell other services to you. Other than that, the facility is nice and has great air conditioning.
