While I don't have deep wrinkles, I've noticed it really has helped to brighten my face and makes me look more awake and less tired. For my chin, we added some filler to elongate my face and make my face less round. I feel like it's a subtle change, but I've gotten so many compliments on how it just makes my face look more dainty. (Most people think I just lost weight in my face, but when I tell them I got chin filler, that's when they say how good it looks.) For laser hair removal, I was a bit apprehensive to get it since I have dark hairs and a lighter skin tone. I was afraid that I may get dark marks from the laser machine, as I had once experienced before. However, they listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would go on a low setting to prevent that. I didn't get any dark tracks afterwards, and I now only trust them to do the laser on my face. As far as professionalism goes, their staff is great at that. Dr. Jeng, Adrienne, and Sherry were great at listening to what I wanted at my initial consult and made me feel comfortable by addressing my concerns. For example, with the chin filler, I wasn't really sure how it would look and was a little curious if if would fit my face. They recommended to inject only half of my syringe first to see if I would be happy with the outcome. 2 weeks later, I came back to inject the rest and was happy they gave me that option. Some other places may not give you that option, so I can tell they really want their clients to have a positive experience.

Each session I had a different provider and they would always repeat the same lines "You know it's going to be hard to remove this color" "You know it takes a while right?" I had expected them to at least start on my color or make the settings higher during my sessions but that does seem to be the case. They had also said "Oh we have to wait until your skin gets lighter before we can do these sessions." Stay away from Laser Away when it comes to getting a Laser Removal. They aren't likely going to give me a refund at all and say things like "We can provide store credit".
