I got a…read morefew things done- botox, filler, and laser hair removal For Botox, I got some units in my forehead and around my eyes as a preventative measure for wrinkles. While I don't have deep wrinkles, I've noticed it really has helped to brighten my face and makes me look more awake and less tired. For my chin, we added some filler to elongate my face and make my face less round. I feel like it's a subtle change, but I've gotten so many compliments on how it just makes my face look more dainty. (Most people think I just lost weight in my face, but when I tell them I got chin filler, that's when they say how good it looks.) For laser hair removal, I was a bit apprehensive to get it since I have dark hairs and a lighter skin tone. I was afraid that I may get dark marks from the laser machine, as I had once experienced before. However, they listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would go on a low setting to prevent that. I didn't get any dark tracks afterwards, and I now only trust them to do the laser on my face. As far as professionalism goes, their staff is great at that. Dr. Jeng, Adrienne, and Sherry were great at listening to what I wanted at my initial consult and made me feel comfortable by addressing my concerns. For example, with the chin filler, I wasn't really sure how it would look and was a little curious if if would fit my face. They recommended to inject only half of my syringe first to see if I would be happy with the outcome. 2 weeks later, I came back to inject the rest and was happy they gave me that option. Some other places may not give you that option, so I can tell they really want their clients to have a positive experience.

I came across this Spa on yelp. I have been searching for one location where I can get multiple treatments done. I am so pleased to say that I was able to find it at Express Cosmetic Laser Spa. The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable about the services which I appreciate because . I have beeg getting Acne treatments along with Laser Hair Removal. I know what you're thinking - OUCH all in one day?! Fortunately, my experiences are pleasant. The nurse takes great care as to ask me many questions about my exposure to the sun along with my plans for the upcoming days to follow. I didn't burn, which is a plus! This was my first out of six laser treatments I had purchased at the spa and I am looking forward to the results. Lida (the esthetician) is such a wonderful human being and is extremely educated on her craft. Everyone's skin is different and I am so happy that I have struggled with breakout since I was a teenager - I am now 28 and I am beyond grateful that I have found someone who actually cares about not only the ultimate customer experience, but me personally! I made an appointment with Express Laser Spa about a month ago for fillers. I had received a nose job and did not like how it looked so I wanted a non surgical nose job, the front desk was kind enough to squeeze me in and did her best to get me scheduled with the doctor. I was very nervous and scared of the outcome, but in the end i was shocked at how beautiful and perfect my nose had come out. The doctor was very understanding and took the time to explain which fillers would be good for me and how long they will last, the prices were very affordable so i had no problem with being open with the fillers. After seeing the results of my nose i decided to go ahead and get my lips done as well. I was shocked and had left their clinic with so much confidence. The only place that does is right!!! I've been to New Look & Prolase both for a significant amount of time and NOTHING ever happened. I stopped lasering for years and was ready to leave it behind me when a friend swore by Express. I decided to give it another go with them and I'm so glad I did. Yet, you are still actively advertising the exact Aerolase treatments I was trying to book. This wasn't a simple miscommunication. I stand by my review. Review - If you want to be aggressively upsold and then ghosted when you decline, Lumina Med Spa is the place for you. I originally went in for a consultation and was immediately hit with a hard sell for a bunch of extra services I didn't ask for. I held my ground and decided to stick strictly to the basic Aerolase treatment they were currently advertising at a promotional price. We scheduled the appointment, but shortly after, they canceled on me, claiming a 'tech emergency.' They assured me they would call back to reschedule. Spoiler alert: they didn't. After waiting, I finally reached out today to get back on the calendar. First, they hung up on my call. Then, they ignored my follow-up text. Finally, they sent a generic, robotic message stating that their practice was 'not the appropriate fit' and outright refused to schedule me. Translation: because I only wanted the promotional service and refused to be upsold into extra treatments, I was no longer worth their time. It's a classic bait-and-switch. I knew the minute I came home they ruined my face. I don't even look like myself anymore, and I can't even look at myself in the mirror. This doctor, once he does the treatment and he wasn't personable to begin with even when I was there, he will only talk to you on text after the fact and you have to threaten the receptionist that you're going to file a complaint for her to pass along your concerns and the fact that you want to communicate directly with the doctor. They are completely in it for the wrong reasons. It turns out, they completely bait and switched. They also don't tell you they don't offer any refunds if you're not happy with it and that you cannot sue them. Which was never told to me and I never would've signed the papers had I known because that's fraudulent. It is also a lie that Fotona cannot melt facial fat. It absolutely can. Ladies be aware anytime you use heat against the skin, you always run the risk of facial atrophy and facial fat loss. I also at this point have atrophy along with fat loss. Know that I was 10 years younger looking before I went in and they decided to ruin that for a few dollars. They seem to be totally OK with ruining somebody's life, and I went to them after being attacked and having a hematoma above my eye. They made that look worse too. Please see what the actual truth is in the screen captures below and do yourself a favor by going somewhere else. You'll thank yourself for it.
