They promptly delivered a beautiful peace lily. I received a text and pic of the Lily from DIL thanking me. I tried to contact Ava's but published phone number doesn't work. I contacted credit card company and filed dispute. After investigation CAPITAL ONE LEARNED THEY ARE SCAMMERS and I got my money back. In the meantime, I reached out to Encore Florals (their card was on the Lily). I spoke with Jeff the owner who confirmed he received a Telefloral order from me for a small Peace Lilly! Encore Florals was amazing. They were sympathetic, professional, and helpful. They told me this has happened before and many local florists were experiencing this. At my request, ENCORE FLORALS picked up the wrong plant and ordered a yucca for me. However, they also left a stunningly beautiful flower arrangement with sympathy and apologies to my DIL for the mistake!! THEY DIDNT MAKE ONE!! When the yucca arrived and was delivered it was much larger and prettier than I originally ordered. The professionalism of Encore Florals, the love shown to us, the superior quality of the products, and the extra effort they gave is extremely rare in today's market! Jeff and the Encore Florals crew turned a nightmare into one of love and sympathy, restoring our faith in others again. PLEASE STAY AWAY from Ava's, PLEASE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ENCORE FLORALS you won't ever be disappointed!
