For our engagement photos I loved how she showed my husband and I different ways to position our bodies and our legs for certain photos-advice I now carry with me to this day! For the wedding she made the day as easy as possible, breaking down the timeline where we would get all the pictures we wanted, she also carried a list of family members we needed to take photos with which I am so happy she did because we were able to get all the photos we wanted. Even long after the wedding we still keep in touch which is very nice. She also specializes in underwater maternity photos- I have seen a few pictures of that and they are quite beautiful. I figured making conversation would make it easier to make the shoot go by smoother. For starters I had given a location on campus to meet and I was there ahead of time (4:55) receiving a call at 5 asking where I was despite being at the location I gave. I chalked it up to miscommunication on both of our parts. As the shoot went on I didn't think it was the best experience for me and my friend agreed. My mother emailed her because some of the pictures looked very sloppy but there were a few we were satisfied with. In the email she came across very condescending towards my mom and seemed to have make up a rule that was never stated on the website where does it state that you only get 30 pictures... every photographer I have shot with chargers for the hour with no limit of pictures as long as you are done within the time allotted. At the end of the shoot she asked if I wanted to take pictures anywhere else and I stated yes that I do have a place in mind and would be on the football stadium I asked if it was okay she stated yes so we made our way over there and someone was on the field taking pictures I assumed we would wait for them to be finish so that we could get pictures where they were (center of the field) she said we don't have time for the that. In the email she pointed the blame on me going over time despite her offering to take the extra pictures and also pointing the blame for being late another engagement. If you have poor time management skills that is on you don't offer something if you know you don't have the time to do it. As of right now (1:20pm 05/07/2023) she deleted the link with our access to the photos, what did we pay the $125 since we no longer have access to the ones that we wanted. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for their senior pictures to be done is to reach out to someone at coastal Carolina that majors or minors in photography a) is cheaper (money wasn't the issue in my case but for those who don't want to pay 125 for the shoot and then pay another 100+for the pictures as if this was an elementary school picture day which we were unaware of) b) they want the exposure and it will be more enjoyable. Very dissatisfied with the photographers approach and her condescending/pompous /childish attitude. If you are paying for services you want to be satisfied/ get your moneys worth and I cannot say that any of those were met.

The photographer was nice, on time, and guided us to get some cute poses. Photos were fine - the sun was still too bright and half the family was squinting- seems like that would be obvious to a beach photographer. And who wants sunglasses in their portraits? Lost two stars for follow up. Photos posted on the 15th and already have to pay more ($10 for 10 more days) to view - so you have 10 days to see your album! to see your photos and order prints or digitals. Hard for one person, much less the 5 or 7 or 15 you might have in your group. Nowhere in an email does it say when the online album expires, you have to log in to the site to see it. Digital storage space is cheap and limitless today, there is no reason for this other than squeezing customers for every cent. The options for digitals were 'one' or 'all', with no option in between. The website is terrible for ordering - I placed photos in my cart multiple times just to return and find nothing there, or only one of several photos still in the cart. Also it seems like they just posted every photo rather than sorting them. There were photos in our album with peoples eyes closed, looking away, not smiling, etc. That makes it take even longer to go through the photos.
