The owner mentioned that it's not fair to other customers -I'm just wondering where is the equity and fairness issue for a client like me who calked a day earlier and had a Medical emergency to deal with. Irrespective of good products and standard service, this is how unfortunate it was and I don't see the right business policy, personal touch or client oriented attitude in this.
