I had been working with a sales manager via email for about a week regarding two used wranglers…read morethey had available online.  A black wrangler priced around $9700 and a red wrangler priced around $12000.  Same year, model and trim, but the black one had about 20k more miles.  We arranged for me to drive from Charleston on Friday to come check out both vehicles, but I was told that the black wrangler was still being serviced and hadn't hit the lot yet.  No problem. I drove to Beaufort as planned and met with the sales manager.  He informed me that the black wrangler was losing a lot of oil due to a bad seal or gasket and was not for sale - it would cost them too much to repair, and they were just going to sell it wholesale.  That was fine, and we took the red wrangler out to test drive. I decided to negotiate a deal on the red wrangler and he went to "the people upstairs" to get the numbers together.  He brought a pricing sheet with the VIN and info specific to the black wrangler, but the $12000 pricing for the red one, adding taxes and fees etc. to bring it to just under $14,000.  I pointed out the black jeep info, but was told that it was a mistake and that we all knew which wrangler we were negotiating. We finally negotiate a deal, and then it's off to the paperwork.  I'm paying full cash, so quick and easy.  I get all the paperwork done, bind insurance, and then move to the finance office to finalize the tag, title, and count out the cash.  As I'm signing title info, I notice that they've drawn up the information for the black wrangler that isn't even for sale.  After pointing this out, the finance team member heads off to "the people upstairs" to get the correct info and paperwork.  Despite some confusion with the initial paperwork, the team at Butler Chrysler Dodge Jeep worked to honor the deal that we had negotiated, and make sure that I left feeling great about my purchase. There can be mix-ups and errors in any aspect of business, and the important thing is how a company makes it right. Butler CDJ has earned my business and referrals.

If 0 stars was an option..... The service I received at Infiniti of Hilton Head was extremely poor…read moreand unsatisfactory. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and execution is unbelievable. I took my secondary vehicle in for service as part of a factory recall and was immediately bombarded with a list of discrepancies I would have to get serviced before my vehicle was even pulled into the garage bay to be inspected by a servicemember. This was odd to me and I looked at this as an attempt to capitalize on my visit and gain additional funds since the recall would be covered by the dealership. They proceeded to start the recall (ECM Reprogram) but did not have an engine sub-harness needed to complete the work. At this point I was informed they would order the sub-harness and that they would call me when it arrived. Tom and Brandon (Service Managers) advised that I could drive the vehicle in the interim while I awaited the parts. (Of note I expressed to them I would be moving out of state in two weeks due to a military PCS and needed the work to be completed prior to my move.) This was extremely poor advice considering the recall was a safety recall which could cause the vehicle to randomly stall out while traveling causing potentially fatal accidents. With no other options I left the dealership with my check engine light on (was not on prior to my visit) As time passed I began to feel as if the work was not prioritized due the nature of it being a recall and would be free of charge. After playing phone tag for two weeks I met my deadline to move and had no choice but to put my Infiniti on a trailer and haul it 550 miles away to North Carolina at my own expense. Once I finally was able to contact a representative I was told the sub-harness arrived a week prior and they neglected to reach out to inform me. This would have been nice to know when I called, around the time of delivery and prior to my move. After arriving to NC I experienced sporadic stall outs and random loss of power. To make a long story short... the took no ownership and never completed the work... my vehicle left their custody in a condition worse that it was prior to me bringing it in for service and their only remedy to date has been a continuous "I apologize this happened to you" "Im Sorry Mr. Goodman" Prior to this experience I've had nothing but praises for Infiniti and always informed people of my love of Infiniti vehicles. After such a horrible experience I will NEVER patronize another Infiniti dealership due to their lack of professionalism and accountability for such poor performance.

Where do I start, we took are car to Joe Hudson in Beaufort,SC for repairs after our daughter was…read morein an accident. We were told it would be approximately 1-2 weeks for the repairs. We are now going on week 8! There was almost zero communication throughout this process except for when I would call for updates. After 4 weeks I decided to stop in and check progress. The car was barely touched. I asked and they said "waiting on parts". I was told it would be completed by the following week. So after that week passes(week 5) they said it would be the following Friday (week 6) before we could get it back because they had other customers that had been waiting 8-9 weeks. So now, we went to pick up as we were called and told that it would be done on week 7 Friday. So my wife and son went to pick up the car at the agreed time of 4pm. When she arrived she was told the car was finished but was in detailing, please give them an additional 30 minutes to complete. She agreed and came back 30 minutes later. My son got in to drive it home and the service engine light was on. So instead of driving it he (my son) popped the hood and noticed a bent/broken O2 sensor with the wires dangling from the bottom. The manager has refused to call to try and rectify this situation since it was brought to her (Karen)'s attention. Also, after discussing it with them they informed us that no alignment had been done on a front end collision. So a couple pieces of advice to anyone considering taking there vehicle here is to run away!! Also call your insurance provider and log a complaint to hopefully have them removed from the approved vendors list because this establishment has ZERO customer service skills and should not be attempting repairs that are clearly outside of there skill level. Sorry for the long rant, just wanted it all there.
