I dropped the vehicle off at 845 in AM . I was told someone would get back to in couple hours with a repair estimate. After no contact all day I went back to the shop at 515 pm only to find out that nothing was done .. supposedly they read the code on the handheld diagnostic tool around 4pm only to find out what the car displayed on the dash screen I was told that it was a busy day and appointments were no priority.. The establishment charged me 150 for doing nothing but reading my car dash screen.. did not even open the hood to see if debris may have been trapped on the grill When I left the location my vehicle seem to be in the place I left it except but now buried behind other vehicles Pathetic service , attitude and totally unprofessional

We traveled from Missouri to enjoy a family vacation on the beach in Hilton Head Island, one of our favorite getaways. On the 2-day drive there, my Avalanche was making a wheezing noise that could be heard when I accelerated. The last thing you want is car trouble when you're on vacation! We made it to Hilton Head Island on Saturday and I looked in the phone book for someone who could fix a car. The dealerships were all closed and somehow I found an ad for Beachside Auto and Tire. I took it by and they were very accommodating, even giving me a loaner car... A red Volkswagen bug named Herbie... without signing a single piece of paper I recall. They said go and enjoy your vacation and they would give me a call when it's ready. A bad U joint. Later that day I got a call. It was fixed for an extremely reasonable sum of money and the loaner car was just part of the deal. I just found a pen from Beachside Tire and Auto in a drawer and thought I would post this review. Thank you for saving our vacation! I still remember how great you guys were!

I was able to jump start the battery and when the car started, all warning lights were going. Engine repair, brakes, etc. I figured it may be related to the battery which I believe was the original. I could change out the battery myself, but how would I reset the computer? Instead of doing it myself, I took the car to HH Honda who allowed us to come in on short notice. We pulled directly into their service bay where we were greeted and assured the car would be returned in excellent condition. They needed to replace the battery and the computer reset to eliminate the warnings. I felt the cost was very reasonable and the turnaround time was exceptional. Way to go HH Honda!!

My daughter had $6k in repairs recommend by the dealer, she spoke with them and they determined the problems may be a problem at some point in the future but nothing to worry about now. Saved $6k good info to know it may be a problem but glad we spoke with them.

Turned out it was the ball barrings and my brakes were basically on a wing and a prayer. They fixed both issues for a reasonable price and they even gave me a ride home and picked me up 5 hours later when my car was ready. Just because the price is cheap doesn't…read moremean it's good.These people are shady as hell.They basically scammed me by fixing things that didn't need to be fixed.My car literally was the same as how it first came there. I came in to fix my master cylinder then upsold me on a serpentine belt that wasn't needed at all then they told me it could've been my ABS module and instead of checking and confirming they were like yeah lets just fix the thing they asked for and move them along.Starting a service I DID Not APPROVE just to tell me that bleeding the brakes manually didn't do anything then using the machine.They stopped when i told them I did not want that service so now i paid $700 something just for my car to be sitting in their lot for 4 days while they twiddle their thumbs. Location is not that great either.MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't waste your precious time on a garbage shop like this. Just for your sanity...
