Hi Everyone, Many of us love getting an alignment on our cars, right? Our automobiles feel much smoother when driving, we feel more comfortable as our glide ride supports us, and keeps us, and everyone around us safe. Our new tires, last much longer, if we exercise the efficiency side of our brains, and get an alignment every 6000 miles. We get to feel good about doing the right thing helping to extend the life of our automobiles especially in our area when the distances may be short, or long depending upon our wants or needs. We don't have to fret about the weather because "we got our shit together!" Yea, one for the good guys. But where to go to get this marvelous feeling? All Pro Tire Pros (The shop that is so professional, they had to list it twice in their name, lol. There has got to be a reason, but why, I have no idea, so ask as you'll have about 45 minutes waiting for you alignment to be done), were they provided you excellent work at a reasonable price. Justin did a great job as I watched him work the phone, calling customers back with a happy and pheasant demeanor letting one know, they can get the part they needed, another, after first calling the mechanic he was going to recommend to them to confirm he wanted the job, that while All Pro Tire Pros could not help them, Justin could recommended a mechanic and a solution, that would handle the problem for them, and finally, sadly another customer that they could not help but recommended the "dreaded" dealer (not mine of course, I'm ok, lol) as their only option. I got to experience GREAT customer service, live and in color! Yea, it's always the little things that mean so much to many of us. You want service? Instead of dealing with a call center in India, or the Philippines where an English speaking name is used to mask their identity so they can tell you "no", over and over again. Yea, it's like that! Then take your ride to All Pro Tire Pros in Bluffton for tires, an alignment, or just about any other mechanical issue your transportation poses because then can feel the satisfaction, and enjoyment of feeling like a valued customer. Now, you just can't get that everywhere! Take a minute, and think about that next communication with that out of country call center representative. I had a very positive experience with all the personnel I interacted with. However, the shop manager was completely unprofessional when I challenged the shop with damage to my car. After reviewing the damage I later concluded the shop personnel did not cause the damage and I communicated this to the shop. However, without ever talking to me about the situation the shop manager decided to not do business with me. He is completely within his right to do so. However, it was completely unprofessional for him to make this decision without ever communicating with me. I learned of this decision after I phoned in to confirm an appointment. No communication equals un-professionalism. read more

Very good experience here. They worked with me knowing I was on a budget. I felt like they cared about the safety of my vehicle. They were so great, I did a review on google but then thought to do one on here also. Would have given them 5*s - the 1 small snag was the office staff could have been a bit more organized. After waiting for a little over an hour at another local tire shop I gave up and left. I just happened to see All Pros were opened so I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed on bit! I walked in, asked if they could do a tire repair, the young lady at the front said yes and took down my information. My son and I sat as they quickly took his car back and repaired the tire within less than an hour. Not only was their service faster but it was at a better price as well. **Lied about replacing parts that were not replaced** I brought my car in for an issue with overheating due to a hole I put in the radiator. When assessed, I had to hear a whole song and dance about all the other things they noticed with my car and how they would gladly overcharge me to fix them as well. I just asked to fix the problem I brought it in for. They said my whole radiator need to be replaced with hoses, etc. $1200 dollars later, roughly $800 for a radiator replacement, the same old radiator was there with new hoses and caps. Though the problem was fixed, and I am grateful for that, the radiator was not replaced, and I was charged quite a bit of money for it. I called to politely confront them and they lied to me again. They seem very well versed in their schemes, salesman type of chit chat to soften the blow of price, trying to sell things you didn't bring your vehicle in for, and instant denial when confronted. You will certainly be swindled in some way shape or form here. read more

I found this place on yelp so I am for sure taking the time to write this review to pay it forward. These guys are really fast and professional and nice. They give you a written quote for tires so there are no surprises. I like that. They were very accommodating to me because I had to change my appointment and then I was actually late. The guys that change the tires are on the spot. They had done it before I could even finish a phone call I had to make. The one guy when he put my spare cover back on, he did it perfectly. That may be a small thing, but to me it was big! It was a rough day yesterday with the flat tire and thank you so much guys for being professional and doing a great job. I didn't shop around too much but it seemed that the price was fair and maybe even cheaper than other places. The only thing that I would add is when you put in the address for the GPS, don't take any suggestions because there are a lot of places with the word "kitties" around there. Go figure, I got lost! I went to auto pro today in Bluffton sc for a brake job. My first visit . I will never use anyone els again.. the service was above and beyond! The the owners and mechanics are great the waiting time was reasonable and the price was great! This is a family owned business that has bin in Bluffton sc for over 20 years. I'm so glad my friend recommended them to me. No more high priced dealers repairs. At all pro they won't try to sell you what you don't need. My SUV is running great . Ran over a big screw last week and had to replace a run-flat tire. The tires I have have always been a challenge to find (Continental ContiSportContact 5 SSR) and I was so pleased that they could get this one tire for me in just two days. I took my car in on Saturday and they put the new tire on. Everyone there is very kind and polite. The service was excellent. I'm new to South Carolina and I'm so glad I found this place. I had noticed my tread getting bad so I was looking into different places for that and one other minor issue with my truck. I hadn't looked into AllPro yet but I'm glad when I was at the dump and saw it got worse someone stopped me and even said take it over there. I am so glad I did!!!! Not only was it later in the day, they had two customers there, had me in and out in less than thirty, no wait time and informed me on what to do until my tire got there in two days, which it did! And it arrived before the end of the day and they had me in and out quick and let me know I needed new ball joints as well and that if not fixed it will affect the tread and tires. Ardene, Ray and Carol were so helpful!! It was nice to have their smiling faces assist me, especially during COVID and all this political bull. They had great communication and even reached out again for the other issues. Can't go wrong with these good and honest people!! read more

Top notch customer service! I was driving our electric car to Hilton Head for vacation when I got an unexpected flat tire and ended up stranded on the side of the road with a nearly dead car battery (tire went flat just before I could get to a charger). Not only did the team at All Pro order and replace my tire, they even plugged my car in while it was there so I had enough charge to get where I was going once I picked it up. I did not have a good experience at this place. All i needed is my tires repaired and for almost $600 they fixed it but broke my radio and screen. They did not own up to it either. They supposedly did not touch it but everything except the tires were good when i gave them my car now the radio or screen is all messed up. The screen is black and the radio is static, can't change radio stations. I wont be coming back. Be carful with who you let fix your car. read more

They sell used Tires for FULL PRICE an They lie about the quality of there products. My experience with them was treacherous.
