He was able to get to me in a matter of minutes and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise in repairing my tire. After repairing it, he stayed with me until I was reinflate my tire and make sure there were no further issues/leaks. He did an amazing job and made sure I was able to get home before leaving. I was coming home after a long food and bev shift. I found some young friends stranded at the intersection. They spoke little English and my Spanish is considerably worse . The call was made to palmetto towing and the most lovely earth angel Erica /Erika ( don't know how to spell it ) answered the phone . I could tell she was busy attending to other calls . She patiently ,lovingly , and graciously waited with me on the phone as we all struggled to use Google Translate. No judgement, no attitude , nothing but purely bieng interested in helping a tough situation. Thank you Eric(k)a for all you did for us tonight . After waiting for a very brief bit, as promised , the driver Chris showed up. Again , it's late ; everyone involved in the story is tied and wants to go home .
