It was a Saturday afternoon and repair shops were closed except Cano's which was closing soon. I reached out to Cano and explained the situation and he said he'd stay open and wait for us once we got a tow truck. Not only did he stay open later, he found us an alternator (and topped our oil), and got us back on the road in about an hour or so. Not only that but his price was incredibly fair considering the lengths he was going to. He certainly represents the fine folks of South Carolina well. We couldn't recommend or thank him enough!

He came and got us promptly, loaded up our vehicle, and said he could get us to a tire shop only 10 miles away. They put on a new tire and we were on our way. Tommy could not have been nicer or more professional. He even hung around a little while at the tire shop just to make sure we were being well -cared for. Our Triple A service only pays for a three mile trip. I told Tommy I would pay for the additional 7 miles, but he refused! I could not rate Tommy's any higher.

I was coming home after a long food and bev shift. I found some young friends stranded at the intersection. They spoke little English and my Spanish is considerably worse . She patiently ,lovingly , and graciously waited with me on the phone as we all struggled to use Google Translate. After waiting for a very brief bit, as promised , the driver Chris showed up. Again , it's late ; everyone involved in the story is tied and wants to go home . Made an appointment to have my 2018 Toyota Camry repair a shutter grill malfunction (that's what…read morethe engine display said in plain English . The appointment was made 10 days in advance. I dropped the vehicle off at 845 in AM . I was told someone would get back to in couple hours with a repair estimate. After no contact all day I went back to the shop at 515 pm only to find out that nothing was done .. supposedly they read the code on the handheld diagnostic tool around 4pm only to find out what the car displayed on the dash screen I was told that it was a busy day and appointments were no priority.. The establishment charged me 150 for doing nothing but reading my car dash screen.. did not even open the hood to see if debris may have been trapped on the grill When I left the location my vehicle seem to be in the place I left it except but now buried behind other vehicles Pathetic service , attitude and totally unprofessional
