Among other issues, these guys are happy to make you promises they never intend to keep just to shut you up and move you along. If you dare to be straightforward and ask them what happened to the promise when they don't deliver, they will jump all over you and heighten the situation to an argument where all their goons come out of the woodwork to argue you! Apparently when you've been around for a while you don't care how you treat any customers and that's a huge part of why reviews should be written. They are undoubtedly the all time champions of arrogance. I've seen and heard about poor business practices happening down there to several people aside from myself and it's seems like they're strangely against policy to just keep their word about following through with insurance claim issues. It's painfully obvious who they actually work for and who they are pandering to and it's not their customers! Watch out for the game they will play where they keep you in the dark about your auto claim questions (covered items in question) right up until the point they are ready to hand you your keys. The hope on their part being you won't have the either the balls or the energy to call them out on their shady business practices.. The last time I went there they never once called me with an update on my vehicle even after multiple calls on my end for updates on the situation and a promise from my ricks adjuster that they would inform me about a covered item from my insurance company. They never did however and ignored it completely! Even when the vehicle complete date went a week over their estimate they never called to inform me of any issues or reasons why it was delayed. It was "too bad" it's was just an estimate. It's a real "fuck the customer" attitude down there by the majority of the staff. A far cry from how it was many years ago when Rick was more involved.. They are now the McDonald's of Autobody's and your order is predictably never gonna be right! God forbid you stay on them and you call to get some clarity on the situation all you get is excuses and justifications as to why they don't need to keep you in the loop! Really bad business practices in that place and after a few bad experiences in a row, I wouldn't go back. Plenty of shops out there that would actually appreciate your business! Caveat emptor!

While some techs would have tried to make the repair on site knowing they didn't have the right equipment, Sean recommended a particular shop that could do the repair right and the made a phone call and got me an appointment that day! He does right by the customer and he is the most friendly and positive person to deal with. I have made a few followup calls on my situation and he has answered those call as well, with a great customer service attitude. Sean and his company are the right people to call for service on your truck. He really cares about the customer and fixing your issue!

I asked if he could tell me if anything was available and he repeated I'd have to go to memorial drive but that one was available. I drive over and he's dealing with another irate customer who was told at another facility to go to this one for a rental that was not available once he arrived. After 20 minutes of being ignored I left. I reluctantly came back after running an errand and after he asked what took me so long to get there. I told him I had been there once already. He then tried to sell me anything but what I'd asked for. Turns out he didn't have anything remotely close to what I asked for available. What a waste this effort was. Stay far away. Prime is a much better option.

When I asked why it wasn't cleaned I was told it was "too cold out and the water would freeze", however there was an entire car lot of used cars as well as other RV's that were shiny and clean. I had been told on the phone that I could leave my car at the parking lot while I was away and would need to pay a fee for the parking. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay cash for the parking. I had requested ahead that the RV be "unwinterized" so that I would have water and be able to use the bathroom. When I was picking up the RV I was told that I needed to fill the water tank myself. I told them I was leaving right from there and had no place to fill it up I was told to do it at the camp ground I was going to. However- NOT to use the bathroom in the RV unit I had water. Seriously?! This was February mind you. So I asked where the hose was to fill the tank, I was told they didn't have one and I could "ask to borrow one at the campground" WHAT?! This is what I was paying for? I arrived at the campground late that night, of course no one was around and I could not get a hose or water. This was my first time renting or using an RV mind you. I was filthy from just getting out the cord to plug in the RV it had so much filth on it. The rear view mirrors were not even useable until I cleaned them. My daughter and I were so miserable we called the company the next day and initially were greeted with significant sympathy and desire to fix things. Within a very short time that changed. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I asked to have my car keys left for me to get my car as I would be returning that day instead of keeping the RV for a week and they refused to leave my keys!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so dismayed by this I sent a complaint to the company and asked for my money back I never received a response. STAY AWAY they are thieves and terrible business people!!!!

I was stressed, frustrated, and stuck with a car issue at my child's school, unsure how I was going to get it home. I felt completely overwhelmed... until I found Mascaro's Towing Service Station. Let me tell you--this company turned my whole day around. From the first phone call, they were polite, professional, super accommodating, and genuinely kind.
