I am very much a car gal, I own 2 cars, one is my daily the other my fun car. I am a nurse and commute an hour each way to work during the week and am a visiting nurse on the weekends; so it is suffice to say I am in my car a lot. I've had Innovative Concepts work on both of my vehicles and have had nothing but great experiences. In my work vehicle I needed a reliable navigation system to use day in and day out. Nick suggested a Pioneer unit, it's been reliable and has got me to patients houses with ease. The price was reasonable and he solders all his connections and offers a lifetime warranty on all his work! Even after the install he has made himself available for any questions I have had as I got used to the new radio. He took the time to show me some lesser used features, such as mileage tracking, that really helped track mileage for work. The new radio also made a big difference in the sound, even with my factory speakers. My toy car, a Mini Cooper got a very complex audio system. No one else would work on it, saying it couldn't be done, and making excuses as to why nothing could be changed in the car; I asked here and without hesitation he was ready and willing to work on my car. You could tell he knew the car already with just the conversation over the phone. Nick took the time to go over every detail and explain and demo the new gear. I was really looking for a huge upgrade in the sound quality and wanted a "custom" look. The outcome was amazing, the new speakers look factory, despite some pieces being made from scratch by Nick, and the trunk really sets the whole thing off. I was shopping around to get my system fixed and wanted to go to A&W but something told me I would regret it. I was looking for a particular subwoofer after putting a hammer threw one earlier in the day. I called around to a handful of local shops and no one had what a needed/wanted. I called iNNovative and spoke to Nick on the phone. Unfortunately they didn't carry what I was looking for but he said he can order it and have it in a day or two. ( All the other shops time me no they don't carry it and hung up on me )......I got a phone call from Nick on the day my subwoofer was supposed to arrive while I was work and unfortunately he had bad news for me. Due to some reason UPS was unable to deliver my subwoofer to his shop. He then told me he is going to drive down to CT where the package was located and pick it up personally and that he should be back by the time I get out of work. I showed up to the shop and as I excited my vechile Nick was already at the door with my subwoofer. I couldn't have asked for better customer service then this......... I continue to contact Nick with questions even if I didn't purchase them threw him. He awnser and he's very informative and goes out of his to make sure I understand everything and that I am happy. I called on a whim to see if Nick could install a set of led headlights that I bought for my sierra as the stock lights are terrible, he said sure bring it in. So I made the appointment and dropped my truck off, and of course not Nicks fault, but the lights I bought came with the wrong capacitor so the lights would not work correctly. I was ready to break out my wallet to pay for his time lost but he told me not to worry and we will rescheduled when I get the correct part. New part arrived and I dropped the truck off again and this time the install went smoothly and all functions of the headlights worked great. It is nice to be able to see at night again, LED's are much brighter then the stock halogens. The install is very clean and neat and you can tell he likes things as perfect as possible, and that is the kind of guy you want working on your vehicle, he even gave me a text a couple days after install to see how things were working. I will definitely be using his shop to install anything audio related in the future with my vehicles and recommend Nick to anyone looking on here to get some quality audio or even lighting work done to their vehicle. read more

I've gotten a ton of work done on my car from this company. All of it was top notch and worth every penny. It's funny how tough it is to find someone who you can trust to work on your car. Its easy to be taken advantage of. So when you find someone trustworthy, not only will I stick with them but I will go out of myway to write yelp reviews for them, even when I hate doing that. All kidding aside though, Nick is very professional and exceptional at what he does. He installed speakers, a pioneer 4100 NEX, Fog lights, radar detector... I could go on. Every item he installed was cleanly done. I have a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe and it feels like a newer model car because it now has all of the bells and whistles of new cars. My Jeep Wrangler JL was in need of a tune. I live close to Cape Cod and I couldn't find anyone that I trusted to take on the task. After having read countless positive reviews ,I decided to take the 2 hr. drive to Innovative Concepts in Wilbraham. I have a Helix V Eight DSP/ Amp, Focal components, a JL Audio 12W6 V3 ( sealed enclosure ),a JL Audio HD1200/1 mono amp and a Stinger Heigh 10 head unit with optical. I brought it in this morning and was greeted by a gentlemen named Nick. A couple of hours later when he had me give it a listen , I was totally blown away. It sounds absolutely amazing. The sound stage is that of a concert hall. It sounds like the singer/s is coming from the middle of my dash. Crisp ,clear highs. The midbass hits me hard in the chest . The subwoofer is unlocalized and hits nicely. I'm still smiling as I write this because I'm so satisfied with the outcome. This is the nicest sounding stereo system that I've ever had. I've know Nick for a couple of years now and every time I've dealt with him he has been nothing but helpful. He is extremely talented and knowledgeable in his craft and takes installs to the next level. Nick installed a front/rear dashcam setup in my minivan. Nick and team did excellent work. I purchased the dashcam kit online before contacting them. Even though I did not purchase it through them, Nick was able to provide me a fixed-price quote for the install and guaranteed his work. His shop is clean and he started on time. Everyone that works there seemed very nice. They take pride in their work, and it shows.
