I have been a patient for over 20 years. This place is ran by incompetent ppl now. They do not have your health in mind,only money it takes months for referrals weeks for refills. I have had to call them 3 days in a row to remind them to send in refills and still no call back, script or nothing. I'm 100 percent done with this place. I would suggest anyone actually concerned with their well being to seek out a more competent practice. This one has gone to crap. read more

Sept 2025 rating-0- Been patient since 2005. Schedule annual physical Sept 2024. Blood work scheduled for Sept 2nd, canceled Aug 31. Reschedule with Dr Wright, arrived Sept 4 reassigned to Dr Weber. Took 3 hours with review Sept 15th Called Sept 13 receptionist 10:40 due tono call,told nurse would call No call Called 11:40 same story, nurse would call. Everybody when home no courtesy call. Sept 15 scheduled 10;30. No appointment. AS OF TODAY, NO CALL, GUESS BLOOD WORK AND ANNUAL PHYSICAL IN LIMBO 20 PLUS YEARS PATIENT AND TREATED LIKE DIRT. NO PROFESSIONALISM. What am I to do. No onetakes ownership. Guess I'll have to start all over again at a new facility. read more

I was a patient here a long time ago and I'd like to see the same doctor however these people refuse to take any patients without insurance. I know why they do this and it's because when a patient comes in with insurance, they can bill the insurance company for much, much more than it would cost a cash pay patient. They would rather take someone who pays a $20 office visit and bill the insurance for $500 over taking me who would pay $125 cash. They are greedy and obviously do NOT care about providing health care to people who need it. This just goes to show that they value profit over people. To Beaumont Family Practice, don't even bother leaving a reply saying that you'd like to talk to me or make it better or whatever lie you'd like to spew, I know how insurance works and that's why I refuse to be a part of it. I offered to pay 100% up front BEFORE services are ever rendered so its definitely NOT a case of worrying about how you'll get paid, it's about you not making more money... PERIOD! read more

I've been a patient with Beaumont Family Practice for many years, probably 20+. My satisfaction rating has been going downhill for some time. I understand things are very busy and confusing right now with COVID, but when I call I am always put on hold and no one ever comes back to talk to me. Today when I called I was on hold for 10 min before I hung up. A little later I called again, was again put on hold for 15 min. When I called a third time I was told to quit calling back - they were very busy and I should just be on hold as long as it takes. My time is valuable too..... In short, the staff could use a lot more customer service training. At this point I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone and will be looking for another practice that will care more for their patients! read more

My husband, parents, and I have been a patient her for about 3-4 years now and I love it here. he staff here is very friendly as well. When I have problems with my bills, the billing department helps me take care of it and explain everything thoroughly to me. My mom and I see Dr. Moore (who is no longer there) but she was awesome. She worked with us and explains every result to us. She's very friendly and just so sweet. I am going to miss her. My husband sees Dr. Proctor and seems to like him as well. I haven't been back since Dr. Moore left but my mom has and she sees Dr. Gayle and she is so sweet and explains my mom's results to her very throughly. I like that, you go in a week before your actually doctor appointment for your Lab work which takes me between 20-45 minutes and you're done. Then a week later, you go in and the doctor will read your results. I always schedule my appointments in the mornings and I am usually out of there in about an hour or so. When I had a sick visit, they schedule right away. I called on a monday and was able to see the doctor on a tuesday. Same with my mom, I called in on a monday and was able to see the doctor on wednesday. I highly recommend Beaumont Family Practice. read more

Overall not a bad place at all But some of the Doctors seem like they could careless but others are really good. Also a few of the receptionist always have a really bad attitude which makes the whole visit more unwanted and stressful. read more

New patient. Went in to see Dr Amber. Although me and my daughter had different times to see her she saw us together. We sat down ask us some questions then proceeded to check our lungs and that was it. Told her Ii had hypothyroidism, told me to find an endocrinologist. Never once touched my throat, look in our ears, throat. No physicals nothing. She wanted to do blood work so we proceeded to the lab and was left there to wait. Blood was taken from me plus I had an EKG and blood and urine was take from my daughter. We check out. I get the email to set up out patient portal and we do so. We get some results from our labs and was shocked that they did a pregnancy test on my daughter. Never was told that they were going to test her for that. Ok, then we are looking for the rest of our results. I contact the Drs office to let them know that I do not see all of my results. The nurse named Denise keeps telling me its there. I write again, that it is not. I leave it alone for a few days because she then tell me that Dr. Amber is not in this week. Fast forward to this week. I try to make a Drs appt for an endocrinologist and was told that they need a referral from my primary Dr.,ok. I call Beaumont Family Practice Associates and they tell me I have to make another appt. when I just saw my Dr a week ago and explained all of this to her. Then through my patient portal I let them know that need to speak with dr amber asap and I still am not seeing all of my labs. I am told then contacted through text in all caps that "ALL LAB WORK IS SHOWING UP AND AMBER WILL DISCUSS ALL THESE REFERRAL AT YOUR ANNUAL PHYSCIAL APPOINTMENT (which my next appt isn't annual) WHICH IS ALREADY SCHEDULED. PLEASE KEEP A LIST OF ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS TO DISCUSS WITH HER AT THIS TIME. Very unprofessional. I call to let them know and I still receive no help just excuses. I tell then receptionist that I want to change doctors and I am told I can't, I have to complete my appt with amber then I can see another dr. So unbelievable that if a patient is uncomfortable with a dr or nurse, they are told they can't changes drs. read more

I filled out a new patient form online. When visiting the family practice we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist but the warm welcome did not last long at all. After we were escorted to the patient waiting room by Charlene she asked a series of questions, came back with an ipad for us to fill out a questionnaire that was only interrupted by a very condescending doctor "Bud Church". He is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. He came in with a bad attitude and instead of listening to my husbands issues and offering any kind of assistance he told us he wasn't going to waste our time. My advise is that if you really need help avoid this office like the plague. The doctor was extremely judgmental and rude. read more

I joined yelp for the sole purpose of writing this review of this horrible place. I am a new patient and came in for a regular physical. They wanted to do some blood work and said the doctor recommended having it sent to an outside lab. I asked if my insurance would cover this. They said yes, if I received a bill it would be for $100 or less. I came in the next week and was told I owed $100 dollars. I asked, "is this for the lab work?" And the person said it was. Fine. I paid it. Then a couple weeks later, I get a bill from the outside lab for 300$. I call this doctor office and ask what is going on. The lady tells me on the phone that the bill was sent in error and I did not have to pay it. I ask her if she could send me an email to that effect for my records. She says she will. A WEEK LATER I get an email from her saying that she has called the lab and didn't have an answer for me as to why I received the bill or if I had to pay it. COMPLETELY the opposite of what I was told on the phone. So since I started going to this place, all I've gotten was lied to about their services and what my insurance would cover. And suddenly I'm looking at paying 400$ for MY ANNUAL PHYSICAL, which any other place I've gone to (with the same insurance!) has been, at most, a $25 co-pay. A complete waste of time and money. Clearly all they want is to make money from ordering unnecessary medical tests and procedures. I know this because I also called my insurance company to find out why it wasn't covered, and they informed me a number of the tests run were not considered preventative. Please note that I have blue cross blue shield through my employer, and have had insurance through them for 5 years. This has never happened, so I know it is this doctor office, not my insurance. So I wouldn't even think of going here unless you have hundreds of dollars to throw away on unnecessary medical tests. read more
