My wife's primary care physician sent her here for a CT scan after she fell at home. She was received without delay and the CT showed nothing significant to deal with. Dr Ireland, nurse Faith, radiology tech Tony and admissions rep Amella were all polite, efficient and attentive. We will go here again when we need help and don't expect further hospital admission.

The doctor here did not suture him up, he wrote a prescription for pain medication, that we could not even get filled due to his license being in Oklahoma and NOT Texas. When my mom went back to get this corrected, they told her to just wait and go to our primary care physician. So my dad left this establishment IN THE SAME WAY HE GOT THERE. In pain and with an open wound. This is not healthcare, this is not the way anyone should be treated, let alone someone who is clearly in need of EMERGENT medical attention. Never again. Examples: dietary restrictions provided by doctors and yet food is still delivered LATE and the wrong meal. Then the replacement meal is later than the first. (incorrect lunch is corrected and almost arrives at dinner? really?) Medical staff does not make the scheduled rounds. Services staff does not seem to care or pay attention to details. The cafeteria should be a nice area yet all I tend to see are dirty tables wiped with dirty towels while security and cafe staff just lounge. The cafe is ALWAYS cluttered it seems and the food prep stations should be better managed and controlled; you would think that a hospital would respect safety and quality standards to prevent germ contamination. Are these sticking points detailed? Yes. For many reasons.

We continue to use them because they are so amazing at what they do! From the time I drove into the parking lot until I drove out of the parking lot, I was comfortable, greeted with friendly knowledgeable care, the environment is super clean, the staff is so patient, caring, and Family oriented. They made sure that I was comfortable in the setting, that all of my needs were taken care of, and then I felt sure about the diagnosis and where to go from there. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care services. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I will add, when I left, it had started to get dark and there was a parking lot security officer who made sure I even got to my car safely. If you weren't doing ER service like this, you're doing it wrong. Every single patient should feel like a VIP.
