There were so many people and I never knew who to call for a situation. I ended up calling the CEO where if I had a call sheet, I could have contacted the person in charge. Weekend nurses station help needs to be addressed. Communication and organization seem to be the worst issue. Good thing is my mother came home stronger than she's been in years!
