I called Dr. Nguyen's office to ask them for an emergency visit and they were very nice about it. Upon my mother's arrival she was impressed with the staff. She could barely speak due to the pain she was in but they still made her feel at ease and welcome. After she saw Dr. Nguyen, my mother told me she was smitten by the doctor's knowledge and compassion to help. Dr. Nguyen explained the details of the procedure and the followups that were needed. That day Dr. Nguyen had to make some schedule changes so that my mother could get the urgent care. My mother was quite touched that Dr. Nguyen did that for her. My mother continues to see Dr. Nguyen for her follow up procedures over the last two years. Anytime she comes in for her appointments the staff was professional and courteous. They all know my mother by name. I am very grateful to Dr. Nguyen for the work that she did for my mother. My mother is more confident with her smile because of her new teeth. She was smiling ear to ear at her 50th Anniversary showing off her teeth. As the story goes my mother is now referring her siblings and their spouses to Dr. Nguyen from Texas and California.
