I have been Dr. Chaudry s patient for 4 years now and I completely put my health in his hands for all this time. Recently I have been on 7 classes of drugs, 4 of which are narcotics that I have eventually gotten addicted to. Not long ago, he dismissed me out of nowhere and dropped me as a patient without even an explanation for his decision. He completely disregarded the side effects that would debilitate me physically and mentally due to withdrawal from the narcotics and simply told me that he was writing my last prescription and that I should leave his office and take up services from another doctor. Before his dismissal, his front desk never used to pass my messages to the doctor. After I insisted and made sure that he gets my messages, he never used to get the messages in time to the pharmacy which would result in my medications running as I wait for his prescription. The days that I had to wait were filled with unexplained horror and pain from the side effects that would lead me to get sick to my stomach. His treatment of me as his long-term patient is unfair, inhumane, and quite unethical for a doctor who is supposed to provide quality patient care. I deserve an explanation of why he is dropping me as a patient and at least be granted the time to find a new physician as he still writes my prescriptions. Moreover, not only is he unprofessional but so is his staff. I used to buy his staff lunch and coffee many times. The 2 receptionists that argued with me were fired due to bad behavior and he still blames the patient while they all micromanage the scene but have no control over what is happening. I cannot even start to explain how frustrated and angry this whole situation makes me feel. I have put my trust in this facility for so long for me to get this kind of treatment from them. Because of the hours, shorter wait times, and comfortability i have had here, i even switched dr shaw to my primary doctor! I could never get into see my actual doctor when i needed.. never ! It was always someone different who didn't know me... the couple of doctors here already know more about me and i can tell they care ..plus they actually listen to what you are saying about YOUR BODY. Just go if you have a problem, you wont regret it. The only downfall is having to fill out a form each time before being seen even after they know my entire family at this point and they have all our information but maybe thats just my pet peeve. it does seem like the receptionists have a high turnover rate and sometimes they don't exactly know what to do, but there is always someone there to help and figure whatever it is (typically insurance issues)..

And what do you know they all came back negative! So they sent me on my way with a nausea medication and a cough suppressant when I had NO COUGH! I Had to call back up here because I was not getting any better and to have them call in an antibiotic. And once I started taking the antibiotics that I HAD TO ASK TO BE SENT IN I was feeling better.

The lady at the front desk billed my dental insurance instead of my medical insurance. They sent me statement after statement and blue cross my insurance company got involved multiple times and informed them how to correct the issue. Instead of being professional and doing their job, they sent me to collections instead. It's been almost 5 years and this was their solution. Absolutely garbage. I'm not knocking the doctors, it's the biller who doesn't know how to do their job correctly. Stay away from this place

She finally offered to give me a prescription. Needless to say, I wouldn't go back there.
