I have been Dr. Chaudry s patient for 4 years now and I completely put my health in his hands for all this time. Recently I have been on 7 classes of drugs, 4 of which are narcotics that I have eventually gotten addicted to. Not long ago, he dismissed me out of nowhere and dropped me as a patient without even an explanation for his decision. He completely disregarded the side effects that would debilitate me physically and mentally due to withdrawal from the narcotics and simply told me that he was writing my last prescription and that I should leave his office and take up services from another doctor. Before his dismissal, his front desk never used to pass my messages to the doctor. After I insisted and made sure that he gets my messages, he never used to get the messages in time to the pharmacy which would result in my medications running as I wait for his prescription. The days that I had to wait were filled with unexplained horror and pain from the side effects that would lead me to get sick to my stomach. His treatment of me as his long-term patient is unfair, inhumane, and quite unethical for a doctor who is supposed to provide quality patient care. I deserve an explanation of why he is dropping me as a patient and at least be granted the time to find a new physician as he still writes my prescriptions. Moreover, not only is he unprofessional but so is his staff. I used to buy his staff lunch and coffee many times. The 2 receptionists that argued with me were fired due to bad behavior and he still blames the patient while they all micromanage the scene but have no control over what is happening. I cannot even start to explain how frustrated and angry this whole situation makes me feel. I have put my trust in this facility for so long for me to get this kind of treatment from them. This office provides both primary care and urgent care. It's great being able to get urgent care from your own PCP, especially when a cold or flu hits. He is good at taking a medical history and watches long term trends.

It seems like they went under new management or got rid of a few doctors because I had left here in tears under Dr. Feemster and another MD a year or so ago and swore I would never come back. But, a terrible sinus infection brought me in and I found out that they had gotten rid of the MD's that were not helpful, did a overhaul of the building, put in a nice faux fireplace, and keep the rooms neat and clean. They have an x-ray machine which is not that common at the urgent cares and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The staff took really good care of me and even referred me to a podiatrist when one was needed. There is only one sticking point that needs to be addressed- the behind the counter customer service. One time I went in with an asthma attack and they had glade plug ins in the outlets. I asked them to take them out because of respiratory issues and they refused because they said 'a lot of diapers are changed in here' and that they are sure I'd rather smell the air freshener. As a medical facility, they need to be re-educated on respiratory irritants including air fresheners, strong smells, etc. and how that can exacerbate asthmatic issues and allergic reactions. Also, it would be nice to see them smile once in a while behind the receptionist desk. I've had the clip board handed to me without a hello or acknowledgement on more than one occasion. It's really disconcerting to have a full conversation with a person without them making eye contact with you for the duration of the interaction. All in all, pretty decent place. The main thing is that they give accurate diagnosis and communicate the results to my PCP which is what should really matter.

I called up to fix an appointment, most of the staff responsible for taking information through phone was not attentive. They kept asking the same details again and again. Though they accept patients based on the appointment, there is still little wait time before they take you in. The staff in the hospital were professional. The technician was warm and efficient. Waiting area was well maintained. The facility was not crowded and everything went smooth.
