When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the discrepancy or offering to remake the arrangement, Lynsey tried gaslighting saying that the flowers were beautiful and offered to pick up the bouquet & refund the money. They also knew the flowers were a gift for a friend's cancer surgery. They have no accountability or compassion. If you're spending serious money on flowers for a special occasion, I'd strongly caution against ordering here. What you see is not what you get. 1st image is what was delivered, 2nd image is what I thought I was purchasing.

She made inaccurate claims, misrepresented prior conversations, shifted blame onto us, and accused us of acting in bad faith. These interactions were stressful, hurtful, and completely inappropriate for a professional vendor relationship.
