I ordered a white and green flower arrangement for a birthday gift. I paid 125.00. The flowers looked NOTHING like advertised and had less than 10 flowers and a couple of bush branches. I will NEVER use this florist again. If I could give them less than one star I would. read more

I really like the smell of roses right away very strong, beautiful decorations and gifts Vegan friendly options for body care which is wonderful and I like the few years ago. I was able to find Vegan handbags and wallets now I can find some hand creams, and Few plants. I like that it's for everybody and no matter what kind of personality you have you can find something that you might like for sale for others .customer service is great. I'm bummed. The order arrived on time for Mother's Day, my sister and I spent $200 on the arrangement. I did "designer's choice" because I've always had luck letting the florists do their thing. We hired Texas Blooms and Gifts in January 2021 for our March 27, 2021 wedding. We didn't need much in regards to floral needs, so we weren't sure where to go and what to do. Jenny was extremely helpful, and worked with us to ensure our floral needs were met. We wanted coral peonies (a premium flower, so more expensive), and Jenny informed us that the coral color would not be in season for when we wanted it. She worked with us to ensure we understood what we were asking, and how she could accommodate our needs. Since peonies are huge-yet beautiful flowers, she informed us that they would not be ideal for boutonnieres or wrist corsages. She suggested ranunculus (which are like mini-peonies) and I AM NOW OBSESSED WITH THEM! They are beautiful delicate flowers and they worked for boutonnieres more than I could have even imagined! They perfectly suited our theme! We were also able to get centerpiece rentals through Jenny and Texas Blooms, and it was some of the best money we spent! Not only was it comparable to what you would find online price wise, we don't have to store any of the pieces. We also adjusted the amount of centerpieces to lower than the original projection. Jenny was able to work with us to give smaller flower pieces for our cocktail tables instead of the original amount of centerpieces needed. During a trip to Austin for work, my boyfriend surprised me with a bouquet of flowers from Texas Blooms. As I entered my hotel room, I was completely overjoyed to find the most beautiful pink and red bouquet that had been carefully delivered and conspicuously placed. Everything about the bouquet is gorgeous down to the vase, which I'll definitely be taking back home to Las Vegas to use again in the future. Although I did not speak with anyone from Texas Blooms directly, I can tell you being the recipient of such a beautiful arrangement truly made my day. Don't get me wrong, I love flowers in nearly any context; however, this bouquet is truly magical. My favorite flowers are lilies; this bouquet has numerous gorgeous pink lilies. There also are roses, both pink and red, carnations, and some other beautiful flowers and foliage. Overall, I received a beautifully romantic bouquet full of love and perfectly tailored to me. Was greeted by one person of the 3 people working there while the other 2 stared at me quite rudely. when I asked to see the flowers I was pointed towards their "little darling" repeatedly without being asked what I wanted. After I told them I made my selection I was asked by the other woman working there if I was ready to leave while I was still trying to buy the flowers. Overall pretty poor customer service and a rude atmosphere. Texas Blooms is my new "go to" florist in Austin. Just this week I ordered flowers for my wife on her birthday, and Jenny who helped me was great. We talked through a few options and ultimately decided to go classic - red roses. But when Texas Blooms does roses they aren't typical by any means. They are mixed with beautiful greens and a really high quality vase. Texas Blooms isn't the cheapest florist in town, and I doubt they are the most expensive. It doesn't matter - I'm always very happy with the value they deliver - great service and beautiful arrangements, and they are happy to give suggestions....sometimes they've even suggested something to me that was going to cost less than what I originally thinking about doing. Things had been overall very stressful for awhile and because my husband and I don't "do" Valentine's day (Hallmark Holidays) imagine my astonishment when the most gorgeous flower arrangement I had ever seen arrived at the doorstep. I've gotten flowers for my wife here twice and they are always very friendly. They seem to be pretty busy, so I guess I'm not the only one that thinks they're great. I just recently bought flowers online to have them delivered to my wife's work. I found out at the last minute that my wife was leaving from work early, so I scrambled to call the place to see what they could do. Surprisingly, Texas Blooms is reasonably priced. Somehow, I thought the location would mean a higher cost, but the flowers are actually less expensive than other local florists I've used. And, the flowers are excellent quality. I purchased a corsage for a Halloween costume and was so impressed. I had never had a corsage before, so maybe it was just the excitement of the first time, but I thought it was truly lovely. The staff suggested flowers after I showed them the color of my dress, but I still felt comfortable contributing my own ideas. I was so pleased with the result. Additionally, I have ordered two bouquets of flowers from here. Both bouquets were well regarded by their recipients. In one case, Texas Blooms had to make a special order for the bouquet I wanted to give and they did so happily. The in-house selection is not extensive, so if you are just popping in to buy some flowers, your options may be limited, but I am confident you would still find something nice. read more

Simply amazing. I ordered flowers online from California for a friend in Austin. I wanted to use a local florist if possible and they made it incredibly easy for me to find a beautiful arrangement to send and to order and pay for it online. Due to an error on my part, the recipient was actually on vacation. They let me know that on their first attempted delivery that they weren't home and would try again, and did so the next day. After I realized they were actually on vacation I planned to pay at LEAST a fee for a new arrangement and re-delivery, but they created a completely new arrangement with fresh flowers free of charge and delivered it once they returned from their vacation.
