My sweetheart had flowers delivered to me from this florist. He knows that my all time favorite flower is the Stargazer Lily. He ordered their Stargazer Glamour bouquet (see attached photo from their website). He called the florist before ordering and asked if they had plenty of Stargazer Lilies in stock -- he was assured that they did. He would have selected a different bouquet if he had been told, correctly, that they didn't have enough of the Stargazer Lilies. The first photo is the advertised bouquet. The second photo is what I received. At the time that he ordered, their website said that if the flowers depicted in the photo were unavailable, flowers of EQUAL or GREATER value (emphasis mine) would be used. In my opinion, pink lilies just don't cut it and they cost much less than Stargazers. My Stargazer Glamour bouquet had exactly TWO Stargazer Lilies in it -- the rest were plain pink lilies -- ugh. It looked like a funeral arrangement. There was also some strange greenery that was brownish and some off-peach colored tiny flowers, similar to Baby's Breath. It didn't match at all and was quite ugly (see attached photos). When I got home with my bouquet, I removed all of the inappropriate greenery and little flowers. I attached a photo of the new pink lily bouquet (it's difficult to call it a Stargazer Glamour bouquet smh). Definitely not what either of us was expecting :( I contacted the florist via their website to express my disappointment with the flowers that were delivered to me. They NEVER responded to me. Instead, they sent a $10.19 store credit to my boyfriend!! No refund -- just Bloom Dollars that can only be redeemed by buying something else from them! We will never use this florist again. Please note: I waited more than 10 days to see if they would contact me before posting this. Their email with the store credit was not personal and they never apologized for sending a Non-Stargazer bouquet and charging $90.00 + for it. read more

I ordered a floral centerpiece for a birthday. It was $100 plus tax and delivery even though it was delivered in the same zip code as the florist shop. When the flowers came, they were just dropped off at the door in 93 degree Texas heat. They didn't ring the bell or knock. Luckily my husband noticed them on the porch before they totally fried. The bouquet was very skimpy and not nearly worth $100. The flowers were not really arranged, but merely just poked down in a vase with a 4" opening. I could have gone to HEB and bought a $25 bunch of flowers and stuck them in a vase and it would have looked as good as their so called arrangement. Very disappointing. read more

I had a birthday this week, and my family in Maryland sent me one of the most beautiful bouquets of flowers I've ever received. My daughter-in-law said she wanted something unique with different types of flowers and they absolutely delivered. When they were delivered, I was given very explicit instructions on how to keep them fresh and nice, and was told if I had any questions to please call. I cannot say enough positive things about them. They made a very difficult time beautiful. We custom ordered an urn spray for my dad and they exceeded my expectations. It was a patriotic theme and was very honoring to his military service. They also made centerpieces for his memorial reception and they were gorgeous. They used yellow roses (my dad always gave them to my mom) and a mix of other flowers. They were easy to work with even on the short notice we were working with. I was very late in ordering flowers for my daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. I called Floral Fabulous the day before Mother's Day and ordered the Designers Choice because it was too late to choose exactly what I wanted. It is always risky waiting until so close to the holiday because they might be out of the most beautiful flowers and you end up with an ugly arrangement. I am out of town during Valentines Day and was counting on them to make Valentine's Day special for my Wife and Daughter. I Ordered a premium bouquet, over $110 with chocolates and a balloon for my daughter. Called them 3 times to figure out if it was going to arrive on time, they ensured me that it's on its way. It never arrived. I called them back around 4:30, and they told me that they couldn't find it. Note: this was suppose to be delivered to a school, so it's time sensitive. I am upset at this point. All they offered me was a 10% discount a extra balloon, and Chocolates. The discount doesn't justify the mistake of ruining this special time that only happens once a year. I ordered flowers on Friday for a local Saturday delivery to a friend who had just come home from the hospital. By 5:00 pm (3 hours after Floral Fabulous closed) Saturday the flowers had not delivered. They did deliver the flowers sometime late Saturday evening but only after the disappointment of not receiving flowers had set in. Floral yes but Fabulous? No so much. More like Average. read more
