Friendly staff and clean space, but my brows were thinned much more than I asked. I showed a photo, pointed out the exact hairs, and stressed keeping them full. I'm visiting from Atlanta, so I should know better than to try someone new -- now I'm stuck waiting for them to grow out. Brows are SO important. I'll stick to threading--waxing goes wrong too fast. I would give zero stars if that were an option, do not recommend this salon at all. I requested a French tip gel manicure and the technician was so rough with my nails, all of them broke underneath the gel within a week of the service. I also ended up with scabs at the base of both of my pinky nails because of how rough the technician was with the tools. It is a beautiful salon, but I simply cannot recommend the service that is provided. Don't risk your nails getting damaged like mine. read more

My nail service was terrible. They did a fast and sloppy job with half the nail missing paint took 4 attempts to get it halfway decent. I could have done better myself. After being extremely disappointed I rushed out of there leaving behind a brief case which contained all of my work, 7 phones with all of my memories of my son and content I had been working on for years. I'll start with the pros. The place is really nice. They have a huge selection of colors. My niece got an acrylic set and it looked great. Now the cons. It was a busy Saturday. We expected there may be a wait but thought we would try. There were 5 of us, but we checked in separately as we were getting different things and not trying to stay together. They told us 15-20 minutes. (I later learned they told everyone that, even when it was VERY clear that would never happen.) We were all taken to a chair within 30 minutes, but then we sat there (some at a pedi chair, others a table for nails) for no less than 35 minutes waiting. I was getting a pedicure so I will focus on that. My sister was as well, but after almost 1.5 hours and no water in our bowl left, she had to leave. Someone finally came and immediately began my pedi. I was never given a menu, nor did I see any lying around. She clipped and filed my nails, trimmed my cuticles, oiled and rubbed my legs for maybe 4-5 minutes and then let out the water and grabbed hot towels. There was no sugar scrub or even callus scrub. It was just a step above a polish change. Now, I was only charged for a basic pedi (I assume, again, never saw a price list), but I never order a basic pedi. I can polish my nails at home. I pay for the massage and the foot scraping. It was a complete waste of time (2 hours total). It was very clear the plan was move as many people through as possible. read more

Nick did a fantastic job on my nails!! Yes the reviews are accurate it's a little crowded, but to me that just shows what high demand they are in! Now I've been going to this establishment for the past 2 or 3 months and normally they give pretty good service. However today was terrible. While I do understand today is the day before Mother's Day but that does not excuse this location from giving good service. Heck for the price point it should be outstanding service. First, let's talk about why I was there. First was a pedicure because I had dead skin on my feet. The male who came to do my pedicure walked up with a sandwich in hand and eating it like he didn't have a job to do. Can you say unprofessional???!!!!! Then I assume he was told to take the sandwich to the back because he left and from the timeframe it appears he went to finish his food. After he returns I tell him that I only want a pedicure and I don't need a polish change. He didn't even ask me which pedicure I wanted just freaking assumed I wanted the classic. Every time I've been in there, I've never gotten the classic because if I am going to get a pedicure I want the works just minus the polish change. By the time I made it back home guess what, I can still see this dead skin on my feet. The second thing that I needed was to get 2 nails changed. Get the stones removed and change it to the way the rest of the nails were because I have to have surgery in a few days. Everyone seemed so freaking confused about 2 dang nails so I just left. I liked the staff and the spot and I know that dip isn't everyone's strong point so I decided I'd try a second time and see what happened. Second time around Brian did my nails and he KILLED it. He noticed right away that my previous dip was too thick and told me that the goal was to make sure that it looked as Mariel as possible. Cleanest salon, nicest people, beautiful decor. I realize decor doesn't have anything to do with nails. But this is one beautiful place to sit, relax and be pampered. Reasonable prices, great value, and all prices are readily available before your service. I had a sub par acrylic set done at another shop. Bo at Beaute and Le Bar repaired the mess. My nails were lovely when I left! Van did my waxing. A friendly woman with a huge smile. She did an absolutely fantastic job. She touched up after my waxing, using tweezers to be certain all stray hairs were gone. At the end I paid $50 less than I paid at the other salon for the sub par service. Icing on the cake, Bo made sure that my nails (white and pink) would not need to be redone for many weeks. Often times when you get a fill your nails become transparent between the white and pink. Bo went the extra mile to make sure my fill would last for at least a month if not more. As I said in the beginning, GREAT service, Wonderful people. I will go back! read more

I think the picture speaks for itself. On the left is what I wanted, on the right is what I got. I spend 2 hours sitting there while my tech was frazzled and confused. She had nothing of her own and was taking things from other peoples carts the entire time. At one point, she used a brush from another cart that had RED residue on it and used it on my white nail and it destroyed the color and she didn't even notice! I had to ask her to redo it. She charged me an extra $8 for putting the stripes on 2 fingers, which look nothing like the ones in the inspiration picture. I got in my car and literally cried at the fact that I spent $55 of my hard earned money on this horrible "manicure" that I will be removing as soon as I possibly can. Typically I love this place but it's been a while. I just went in with husband. We both got pedicures. We are put in back corner(which is fine) but we were just lost in the business. Our chairs didn't work so we were falling into seat. Finally got it plugged in to work. Then my footrest was not attached so I was basically holding my own feet up so I didn't put too much pressure to make it fall over. My foot was constantly tapped on to move around foot rest even though it was moving and shaking. So I get a leg workout holding them up. I was recommended here by my friend Lyn & have gone back 3X for pedicures and full sets (please see pictures for two of my most recent full sets). My FAVORITE pedicure tech is Hailey, she is very sweet, loves anime like me & had a very welcoming personality. I recently experienced an issue, I didn't bring it up while there but I called the next day and spoke to Ms. Lynda who was very kind & resolved my issue expeditiously. To be honest, I've never had someone care enough to make me feel like a valued customer. I wish I spoke up in the moment but I'm so glad I called her the next day. This experience has made me want to come back to this establishment & I'm so thankful to have finally found my nail salon home. I am also referring other customers here for a luxurious experience (especially the aesthetic . Service is always fast (not rushed) & I don't have to spend all day in the nail salon. I also didn't notice the store policy (also pictured below) until I came back in but their customer service is excellent. DO NOT GO!! This was my second time trying this nail salon and my experience was the exact same it was horrible! The first time I went was when they had first opened and I went for a pedicure I chose the standard one and the lady made my water so hot my legs were bright red for the rest of the day and when I had asked her to make it a little colder because it hurt she rolled her eyes at me and didn't do it and my pedicure only lasted about 15 minutes well yesterday I decided to give them a second chance since it had been a few months I got there around 4/4:30 for a fill in and I wanted to do some designs and when I was seated a guy started to do my nails but every 3 minutes he would stop doing my nails and go and help other people which I thought was very rude from the beginning then a lady came to finish my nails and she was VERY ROUGH! She grabbed my finger so hard she bruised it and she was rushing the entire time my nails looked nothing like the picture the designs were bleeding into each other and they were off centered and the lines looked like a 4 year old did it these were suppose to be my birthday nails and I was beyond upset I wish I would of gotten a picture before I went today to another place to get them fixed when I shouldn't of had to in the first place I will NOT be coming back and I highly suggest going to a better place that won't leave there customers bruised or with poor quality nails! read more

I came to this location today it was my first time visiting this nail salon. I came in for a pedicure and SNS. The lady that did my pedicure did an awesome job. She took her time and it was a great experience. So I go to the next person for the SNS and I knew right away that I wasn't going to be pleased with the outcome. The girl didn't completely remove all the old polish from my fingernails and went straight to adding the product on my nails . She couldn't match the color from my toenails . The service was sloppy and rushed. I told her that I did not want my nails to be thick she says ok and proceeded to dip both hands 6 plus times. I don't know where she got her training from but she clearly need to take more classes. I told her that I was not happy with the way that my nails look and to soak them off because I am not going to pay for some nails that looked like a 2 year old had done them. And to make matters worse when I went to the register to pay my bill the girl had tried to tack on a charge for the soak off. I asked for the manager and the extra charge was taken off. i usually have an amazing experience here. i always get what i want done and how i want it done but today was total opposite. i went in to get my acrylic nails taken off thinking it would hurt less to get them soaked and taken off than biting them off like i usually do. instead they were pealed off with a fake nail tip which was extremely painful. i let my nail artist know it was painful but nothing was done the method was not switched. i let it go and he began filing down my nails which ended up burning under my nail bed so i let him know it burned and he laughed and continued to file them down when i stated that it burned. i ended up getting the color i wanted and how i wanted it done. but the whole reason i come to this salon is because they've never hurt my fingers, they've always listened and taken my concerns seriously. i'm just disappointed by my experience this morning and how i had to walk out of the salon with not only my fingers burning from the file but my finger nails sore from getting picked off with a fake nail. read more

My experience was fine. However, the woman who did my wife's pedicure was incredibly rude and disrespectful. At one point telling my wife "you have a mouth, you should have spoke up" when my wife asked why she hadn't received all the services included in what she had ordered. My wife showed her the online menu, but was never offered the in store menu, they were the same (woman said she "should have just shared one"). Woman caused a scene and stormed off, embarrassing us in front of the other customers and staff. Manager ultimately made up for it, but to allow people to continue to work there that berate customers makes no sense. Highly recommend if you want disrespected by staff! read more

This is my full review. Their site only let me do 300...This is my 2nd time getting service at this salon. First let me say the salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The first visit I got a pedicure totaling $60. I still don't understand why I paid 5 dollars to have polish removed if I'm getting service totaling that much. My pedicure was not the best but I knew they had recently open. So I gave them a 2nd chance this time I spent 98 dollars. My full set shape is just how I like it but 15 for 1 coat of clear gel that's not even covering my whole nail and plus the sides or popping off. I feel each service should have been done separately. It was very uncomfortable sitting with my legs straight and then the nail tech pulling my hands and upper body another direction. Therefore parts of my nails don't have acrylic. My pedicure the polish this time is amazing but I have so much uneven skin around the toes. The lady used a wood tool instead of the metal I let her know that wasn't working but hey she's the tech. In all i wasted $156.00 but I guess you pay for the experience now and not service. I was hoping to have my daughters party here but can not afford to throw way hundreds of dollars just to sit in pretty chairs. read more

Went in to get a fill in and my step daughter a full set we both left with all out nails a different lengths and thick and wide! I asked if we could come back the next day to get our nails fixed . It seem like the owners or mangers was upset to have to fix our nails!! My nails are still different shapes (all 10 nails are different shapes)!!! Then I was asked by one of the managers how many fill ins have I had since my nails was all different shapes and I told her one!! Y'all messed my nails up and had an attitude about fixing my nails!! Totally loved this place the first time I went. Best pedicure I have ever had. The tech was great. The second time however was a whole different story. The tech was terrible. Every pedicure I have ever had they put a clear coat on top to finish it off but this lady did not. She didn't wait for my toes to dry before running me out of the chair. She didn't even put the little toe dividers between my toes either. Within 10 mins of leaving I had more polish on my toes than the toe nails. There was polish missing that was obvious.
