I decided to do a walk-in for a simple pedicure and I didn't have to wait long for service. When I showed them what I wanted, I was told it would have to be gel. At the time, I opted for just regular polish but the man who did my pedicure convinced me to do gel. Although not the original design, I was satisfied with the color and the overall experience of the pedicure. Side note: I went back a few weeks later to have the gel removed, quick in and out. I will be back as service was good on both visits. read more

I have come in here several times and I've had great manicures Everytime. I'm very basic when it comes to nails and just want a nice mani and some sparkle most of the time. The first time I came in I had the best pedicure of my life. Excited to come back I then received the worst pedicure of my life when I came back in.... You just have to know who to see here. Eh walked in and walked out. First it was so crowded but the main thing was the service. Lukewarm service as best. They gave me a menu and the one person who wasnt busy just went to a corner and messed with her phone. It was silent and so uncomfortable as a funeral parlor. So uncomfortable. I couldnt ask questions since noone there would give me the time of day. First impressions mean everything and my first impression was this not a place I feel comfortable at and dropping my money at. I went in very late on Saturday, the day before Easter& needed a full set& a pedicure! They did not hesitate due to it being so close to closing time. I had made the mistake of going to a random nail salon in Rome, Ga before this and my nails were all sorts of just BAD! Tina, fixed me up! I told her what I wanted& she was amazing! She was so sweet & I absolutely love my nails and toenails! I definitely only go here! not very friendly rushed job it wont let me add photos but nail painting job you can tell is rushed , went in for a fill in and cut down the lady did not cut them down like i asked and i still paid for the cutdown was told they didn't have the design i asked for by a lady who didnt even do my nails but they were drawing designs on other people and display similar designs online . do not recommend tins place on thing good is the pricing read more

I really love this nail salon!! I've been several times now for manis and pedis, and I've never been disappointed. Conveniently located in the Alabaster Promenade shopping center, this salon offers a variety of services. I've gotten both gel and dip powder manis, and both were done with care and lasted a while. I'm on my feet a lot, so I always get the deluxe pedicure and they do a ton of massage, which I love. On my most recent visit, I brought my 7 year old daughter for her first pedicure, and she LOVED the kid size chairs. They also offer waxing and lash extensions, and while I've not tried these services myself, i have several friends who say they are great! The space itself is tranquil and inviting, with lots of comfy pedi chairs and understated decorating. The staff is SO nice, and always make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. They even offer free soft drinks or wine. All in all, my new favorite nail spa! read more

Went in for an acrylic fill & was there for over an hour before I realized how bad my nails were. Not the kindest folks, so I opted to keep my mouth shut to get out/get home VS staying longer and asking for them to fix/smooth. This was $50. I was out and about on a hot Saturday afternoon with my teenage niece who recently had surgery . She wanted to get her nails done so we just took a chance on this place. Boy , am I glad that we did. Due to my niece having the use a walker , I wanted to make sure she was comfortable and able to get it in and out with ease. All of this was accomplished and she was happy. Everyone was really nice, decent prices , various pedicure. Not so sure if they actually cleaned the pedicure bowl after use but it seems as if they just changed the plastic cover! When we arrived, there was one client getting a pedicure, and Joann and Rodger were ready for us. Another client walked in after we started, and they got to her pretty quickly, too. There is a large TV on one wall to watch, and signs indicating they had wifi available, but unless you're getting a pedicure, there's no reason or time to be on your phone. Another sign indicated that several beverages are available on request. The color choices were vast, and they give you the swatches from which to choose while they set up. All three staff worked quickly and efficiently. Even with the other two clients there, we were out in about an hour. At the front desk, they also offered us a piece of chocolate before we left. I'm trying to get my nails back in presentable order, and they've made me self-conscious lately. I walked out super happy with how they look and will return more often to get them done.

I am an Asian/American worker here! I fell right at home with the people I work with. And to reply to some of the reviews, we try to have great Customer Service! We are human and have bad days too! Some of them can't speak English and it's hard to learn English! It's one of the hardest languages to learn, but they try their very best. That's another reason your toes might be painted a little bad sometimes because they can't get to a doctor to get glasses and a lot of the time when they do their insurance doesn't cover them so they have to use Walmart reading glasses:( you can always let us know and we will love to fix it for you. Always let us know if you aren't happy with your service and we will be sure you leave happy and satisfied. All I ask is for people not to be so quick to judge, it's one of the only jobs they can find with that language barrier, especially when they've just moved to the states. This location is more spacious than the other but the quality seems a bit off here for some reason…read more Staff was great and super friendly and I was able to get a same day appointment scheduled quickly but my builder gel nails ended up chipping the very next week. After 3 weeks the gel on my toes is cracking. Not sure if it was just the polish or what but for $95 ($50 builder gel & $45 for gel polish change on toes) I would prefer my nails to not chip so quickly or crack.
