I went to Classic Nail for the first time tonight. I had a great experience! I think my technician was named Phi and he was so kind and funny! He kept me entertained while he did my pedicure and SNS dip on my fingernails. Im sure I bored him to death talking about my kids but he listened. I even there past closing and he never rushed at all. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend Classic Nail Spa to others! It's very clean and they have plenty of space. read more

Went on Friday for a pedicure, the place was nice and seemed clean and everyone was very friendly. The reason for me giving it 2 stars was because after I left the salon I noticed that the clear coat on my pedicure was lumpy and lifting but I didn't have time to go back to tell them. Today is Sunday and almost all my toes have had the clear coat lifted and chipping. I understand that not doing gel may cause the nail polish and clear coat to come off faster but it shouldn't look like this 2 days after you get them done. I was really hoping i would be content with the service bc I heard good things about them. But unfortunately I don't see myself going back. Paid $60+ for it to not last me not even 2 days. read more

What a hidden gem. We stumbled across this place while looking for a new pedicure location. The inside appears to be completely remodeled (which is always a perk). Everything was so nice and clean, almost pristine. They have a large amount of manicure stations as well as pedicure chairs. We were quickly seated despite it seeming like a busy time for them. The staff were nice and did a really good job on our toes. They offered liquid refreshments (water or soda). And engaged us in light banter as the service was completed. this place acrylics not that good they brake next day or dont last more than 2days i try another nail salon and my nails last wayyyy longerrrr bo matter what i do i told the owner and he said we dont create weapon nails i had to remove them and i would go so much inside there just fo myy nail to brake with like anything i touch smh hate this place 100% read more

Male answered phone. I asked how much full leg wax was and he asked someone else and then told me $50. Family member was taken to room by themselves. When done they called me back and said they were done but I said full legs aren't done. Lady said full legs is knee down. Was told altogether actual full legs would be $110. I took family member there to save $ and gas. Member prefers sugar waxing which costs $75 for complete legs. I told a male I had questions before paying. Lady showed me list of prices that says half leg is $50. So I asked why I was being charged $110 instead of getting a discount for full leg and why was I told $50 covered full legs. Lady assumed I didn't want to pay. I said I never said I wouldn't pay but it wasn't fair. Yes I was advised $50 only covered half leg AFTER the service was completed. I would have never agreed to pay that much for a simple hot wax. I would have driven to Hoover and saved $35! Lady told me I could pay $75 instead. Honestly I should have only been charged $50! I left $120 on the counter and walked out. I got no apology and to top it off family member didn't have all hair removed from thighs! I am not posting a picture because they're a minor. read more

I do not recommend this nail salon. My acrylic nails were lifting in less than a week, so I came back. They removed the nails but refused to give me a refund for them. The nails lifted so badly that I was getting staining underneath one of the acrylic nails, which another nail tech pointed out to my nail tech. I WILL NOT be returning. That's a lot of money to spend on nails that don't last. Their files were dirty too.... read more

Today 7/1/23 I had the absolute worse pedicure experience ever. Emily did my pedicure and I had to instruct her how to do what she should have already known to do. She was about to paint my toes before even pushing my cuticles back. I had to tell her how to scrub my feet. Then while proceeding to give me the worse pedicure. She sat there and watched what the lady next to her doing to my friends feet. Emily could not have come to my job and tell me how to do my job, so why did I have to go to her job and tell her how to do her job. It wasn't about the order in which she went giving the pedicure, but it was clearly about the fact that I had to tell her what to do. Everyone doesn't give good service. I understand that. But does that mean if you give me half the service, I can give you half the pay? Management made it seem as if it was no big deal but yes it is and was a big deal. Becareful when you go to Classic Nail Spa thinking you're going to get a good experience. And if Emily is your nail tech. Be prepared to instruct her on how to do her job. And the only reason they got 1 star is because I had to give at least 1 to post. LC read more

My rating is due to my overall experience. The technician did a great job with my pedicure, he was quick and did exactly what I asked so no complaints on the actual services requested. My rating is directly related to the actions of the owner. During casual conversation one of the technicians mention that I will be traveling to a country that he apparently despised, and it went downhill from there. I felt verbally attacked, embarrassed, and couldn't leave soon enough. I honestly wish my pedicure would've been bad, and my overall experience with the owner would have been better, but that was not the case. If you own this type of establishment where customer service is very important, it's important to realize you have different walks of life walking through your doors. If that is something you feel like you cannot handle, then don't open the business. I'm honestly disappointed to write this review, because both the technicians were awesome. But a bad experience can trump a good one in customer service...and the owner was horrid. read more

I've been getting my nails done consistently for 2 years now. I went to this nail salon for the first time out of convenience for the location. My nails barely lasted a week. They only lasted 4 days. I am extremely dissatisfied. My full set cost $70, and for that price I was expecting them to last for 2 weeks. I would not recommend this salon. And the owners watch over you. It is not a welcoming environment. I hate leaving reviews. But my experience was so bad. I need to let other people know. read more

Love this place. My nails are absolutely gorgeous. I went in just a little before closing time. I asked if they had time to do a mani and a pedi. They said sure. She took her time and did a good job even though it meant I was still in their shop nearly 20 minutes after time for them to close up. I was afraid they would rush me through since I came in so late, but I really needed to get my nails done. They gave me excellent service anyway. I will definitely be back. read more

Had a really fantastic experience here! I'm not a loyal nail salon visitor and tend to go random places, intermittently on a whim, but my visit here was very good. Got a pedicure for $25. Massage chairs are good (usually the main reason I go for a pedicure) and I picked two colors, one for an "accent" which she readily obliged for free. Y'all, that sugar scrub, lotion/massage and hot towel were fantabulous. She did my nails meticulously perfect too. I thought she was "accidentally" giving me the deluxe pedicure (it was so good, I wouldn't have minded) as some folks are apt to do, but the total still came to $25 before tip. The only "downside" was her accent was so difficult to understand--not to sound bad, but rather I always feel AWFUL when I ask to repeat 3-4 times and still don't understand. Still, she did wonderful work. Typically these places are hit or miss; diamond nails has been inconsistently good; princess nails is okay with a terrible health score and after some weird experiences I won't be going back; top nails was busy which was the only reason I came here to Angel Nail. I hate to leave negative reviews but I am so disappointed after my recent two trips to Classic Nail Spa. Me and my mom used to love going here because they are so friendly, do such a great job & are very affordable. I went into this salon 4 weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure right before my wedding. The manicure was good but the woman who did my pedicure was very grouchy and extremely rough on my toenails. I think she is newer because I have only recently started seeing her at the salon. She made my toes bleed when she was trimming the cuticles and rubbed my leg raw by massaging the lotion mixed with the foot scrub all over my leg, instead of doing the scrub, hot towels, then lotion. I was upset when she made me bleed but figured it was just an accident and told her not to feel bad because accidents happen. Two of my toes were swollen, red and scabby for my wedding. I went today 4 weeks later for another manicure and pedicure and got the same woman for my pedicure. I was very hesitant because she hurt me the last time. She got to the part where you trim the cuticles and she made me bleed again!!! She did not seem to care at all and I told her she was way too rough on my nails. After she made me bleed again, I just wanted the pedicure to be over. Another guy did my sns manicure and a few of the nails are dull/matte. It doesn't look good on those two nails that didn't turn out right but at least he was nice to me. When I complained about the woman cutting my toe twice in a row, they only said were sorry and didn't offer to discount me which would have been nice considering my toe was bleeding when I left the salon. I am normally not a person that complains but after the second time in a row it needed to be addressed because this woman is probably rough on other people too and hurting their business. I come here all the time I tip really well and the last few times I have been left in the chair for over 30 minutes after they've done started on mine for them to go do another job because they got behind I don't think that's very kind or fair!! if they're understaffed they need to let people know when they come in and of how long of a wait it's going to be instead of starting a job and waiting 30 minutes later to come back and finish it!!! read more

Very disappointed in service. Called to make appt, they told me time. Got there waited. Rather than say they were too busy. Put me in chair. Bad pedicure. Rushed manicure and gel polish. Can see my nails thru polish, never saw my polish like this. Money wasted. Will not return. I would have rather they just told me they were too busy. read more
