I've been coming to this shop since I've moved to Huntsville (4 years now). Since then they done a remodel and it's beautiful, super refreshing. I've had more great experiences here than bad. The service is usually the best. They're all quick and attentive might i add. No longer than 25 minutes. The deluxe pedicures are my favorite and it's the only service i ever get! I've had several pedicures there in the last 6 months and for the most part I've been pleased. An older woman ( who was very sweet but did not speak English) did the last one before today, and she did nick me twice even after I told her I was diabetic. The polish job could have been better, but I just went on. Today I went in for a pedicure and a manicure and, unfortunately, I got the same woman. Again, I told her I was diabetic but it didnt seem to matter; she nicked me on my toe and finger. I wanted a "cutback" on my fingernails which usually gives me a nice straight edge at the ends, but instead, she cut them back almost to the quick and totally rounded them which left them looking awful! I could have done a better job myself! I didn't even want colored polish on them because I didn't want any attention drawn to them! I asked for clear polish, paid and left. Amanda - honey, it takes more than 3 days for toenails to fall off, UNLESS, you were using paint to cover up the fungus beds underneath the nails. The owner lady of the salon did my acrylic full set with gel polish and it lasted all of a week maybe and I paid $65 plus a $5 tip and two nails have already came off and the rest of them look terrible! That was my second time going there The first time I went there the man owner did my nails with an acrylic full set and the polish lasted maybe 3 days and on that same day I got a pedicure but a different lady and about a week And I have later two of my toenails came off completely so I call and talk to them and then another week later both of my big toes came off so I went into address the situation and talk to the owner lady and she that's when she did the nails that just took the picture of so I don't recommend this place to anyone read more

I almost didn't go here after reading so many negative reviews...but I had roughly an hour between a dr appointment a block away and a wax appointment next door and was in desperate need of a pedicure. After calling all the other nail salons I could find in a 2 mile radius and being told by each one that they couldn't squeeze me in right then, I decided that even a sub-par and overpriced pedicure (the two biggest complaints I saw in other reviews was quality & price) beat no pedicure so I went on in. Glad I did! I got the CBD pedi and while I wasn't blown away, it was adequate. (I prefer a little more massage with mine, but what massage I received was a very good one.) They did a good job trimming, shaping and polishing my nails. An average job removing callouses and the products they used left my legs soft and moisturized. The service menu they gave me to select which pedi I wanted did not have price listed so I was a little nervous I was going to get sticker shock at the end but it was only $45! So I'm not sure what service the reviewers who complained about price chose but I was pleasantly surprised. At the end of the day, would I go back? Yes. Would I drive out of my way to go here? Not likely. But if it happens to be the most convenient option and your toes are starting to look like you could swoop down and snatch your dinner from the lake, don't let the other reviews scare you off! My nails look atrocious, I will never be back. The fact that they could send their clients out in public with the quality of work my nail tech provided is shameful. So many times I asked her to fix so many things and they just weren't done. The nail polish is gloopy and the foundation of the nail is horrible. I will definitely not be back! UPDATE: I went back because hacking the amount I paid I couldn't let the quality slide by. She was with another customer which was fine. But all other nail techs refused to do my nails because "she had to fix her own mistakes" so I waited about 30 min and she sat me down to do my nails. When I asked her to fix certain things she was getting an attitude. Then she points to a lady and says that was one of my customers. I'm missing her to fix your nail. Even after all that I tried to tip her for fixing them. I asked if she takes tip on a card and she replied with no very rudely. You will get the new girl with her own long acrylic nails who cannot handle a cuticle cutter nor do a proper job. Additionally you will only get two coats of gel polish and same 2 dips on dip Which will chip an crack on basic keyboard computer functions. Your gel polish will be see thru and you will be charged $45-60 for hands and feet each! Lovely facility but shotty people, and yes I called about my nails and was told it can last up to 2 wks but we can't help if it crack could be what you do, I have had dip before and it is suppose to last 3wks no chip or crack! Beaute Nail Spa is a good nail salon and go to when I am home. It's not far from my mom's house, so that is super convenient. They also did my nails and my wedding parties nails when I got married 4.5 yrs ago. They also do kid's nails and toes. They did my daughter's nails and toes who is 3 years-old. Her legs weren't quite long enough for her feet to reach the water, so she had to stand up to rinse her feet. They do a simple process. They cut the toe nails and then paint them. I also got her a manicure. She enjoyed it. They're very good as far as nail and toe shape and painting. However, they aren't the most welcoming bunch. They are nice as far as they speak when you come in. However, that is the instinct of the conversing. They don't say much to you when they are doing your nails and toes. I guess some wouldn't complain about this but I'm use to conversing with my nail techs. In my opinion, it is slightly awkward to sit in silence the entire two hours while someone is working on my nails and toes. That is just me. Some may find it relaxing to sit in silence but we are all human. I feel a little conversing is normal. We are also sitting in one another's face so why not say more than hello. Anyways, they are a clean shop and I love the way they do my nails. Again, they shape very well. I am very picky about my shape and they ace it every time. They do need a little more organization with their color section. I got SNS dip and a pedicure. I usually like my hands and toes to match in color. It's a little hard when they don't have color options or kits that have the matching nail color with the dip color. It's very makeshift. You pick a color for the dip and have to find a "matching" color for your toes. There are plenty of companies that sell the dip and toe color together. I'm not sure why they just don't organize the colors better. They do have a lot of colors to choose from so that is a plus. 15 minute pedicure. I didn't upgrade my pedi, so literally it was a wham bam bad pedicure. He cut my big toenail on my left foot totally different then the right. If he wasn't trying to rush maybe they would've possibly matched. Then when I tried to show him, he acted like he didn't understand. Not to mention rather then him taking off the paint he got on my skin, he scraped it after it had dried with his extremely sharp and long fingernails.....and when I still tipped him, there was no thank you. Beaute Nail Spa was the closest nail salon to my hotel while I was visiting Huntsville. I saw that the salon didn't have the best reviews, but I took a chance. MISTAKE. I got dip mani and a regular pedi. My pedi was okay (except the color didn't match nail - not going to fault for that - it can be difficult to match dip and regular)I was extremely disappointed with my dip mani. One nail cracked after two days, and two others have chipped in under a week. I have NEVER had a cracked or chipped nail with dip, ever. I get dip because I want them to last weeks, not days. Since I was there on travel, I was unable to go back and have them fixed. I had to go to a salon at home and have them start all over and pay for a new set. Super disappointing. read more

Terrible experience: -The technician was extremely rough with my nails. When I made comments, she just repeatedly told me not to worry. They ended up rough, jagged and uneven at the end. -When she painted my nails, the coats were so thick that they started dripping off and creating small air bubbles as I sat there waiting for them to dry. -After a few minutes studying my drying nails, I had to ask the technician to simply remove the nail polish completely because it just looked so bad. -They charged me $5 more than what was listed as the price on the menu. Quick and Good service! I come here once a month when I am in town for work. The place is conveniently located next to my hotel. The place is clean and they are very efficient. I come from atlanta and the prices there are $11 for a regular manicure compared to $15 in Huntsville. Normally there is no wait and you can get in and out. However, I will recommend you avoid Friday afternoons right before they close. I assume everyone is getting ready for the weekend and the wait can be up to 30 minutes. I notice the place has bottles of waters but I was never offered a drink. I would just recommend that they offer a drink to their clients. read more

Whew this was an experience for the books. I stumble across this nail salon while in Huntsville for a surprise bday weekend my husband had planned for me. I always check yelp for places to go no matter where I go so this time was no different. The reviews for this salon were ok and plus it was close to where we were staying for the weekend. Upon walking in I noticed there were only 3 people working and it was a Saturday morning and at that was one sign I should have payed attention to but I didn't want to prolong starting my day any longer. I was greeted, asked to sign in and I took a seat in the waiting area. There were maybe 3 people being worked on and one other person before me. I didn't expect to be there too long and oh was I wrong. I few other people came in and so stayed while others saw the number of people waiting and decided to leave. I waited 15 mins before I was asked to go to a nail tech station and oh boy I waited at least another 25 to 35 mins before they even started on my nails. I would have left after the first 20 mins but my husband left to pick something up for me. My nails were rushed and anyone can tell. I wanted a few of my nails to have a nice clean design non of that drown on flower stuff and the tech couldn't make that happen for me. I ended up paying $45 and it wasn't worth it AT ALL !!!! For the shop to have only been here for 5/6 years it needs a little maintenance. Overall I give it 3 stars due to wait time and quality of work. read more

I was there first, was at the nail station already getting my nails done, and other customers walked in to get pedicures. The tech gets up and leaves me sitting there and gives a pedicure to someone else. The tech finished and proceeds to set up a manicure in the chair next to me. He thought I would sit there for another 45 minutes while he gave the other customer a manicure. I complained firmly to the owners and the tech finished my nails. She had no idea what she was doing point blank. Getting my nails done a few time I understand the process for a satisfactory result. The brush was sopping wet with the purple liquid before she dipped it into the powder... the powder was slipping off nail and wouldn't stay. Manicure lasted around 4 minutes, the guy didn't even file my nails...one coat of polish that was just piled on to replace two coats. I would understand if they were busy, but it was completely empty excluding one lady getting a pedicure. Phillip was fantastic and was able to put tips on my nails for a fun Halloween theme! He didn't fuss at me for biting either. The technician was rushed and in the process burned my skin with her drill. The quality and customer service is subpar and I would not recommend going here. The prices listed on the website do not reflect what they charge. Also - the tools that my technician used were clearly dirty and worn, and the disinfectant that the nail brushes are stored in to scrub with was only a quarter full of said disinfectant. read more

Embarrassing results. My girlfriend showed me her nails and I couldn't help but laugh at them. It looked like a blind person did them.

I left with a huge sore on the top of my foot because they used a scouring pad for callouses on my soft skin. I can't even wear closed shoes because it hurts so badly. PLEASE DOnt trust them. They still charged me full price even though they acknowledged their huge error. All they did was change out the pedicurist and put neosporin on the wound.
