My french tip for toes and nails has seemingly gone from $20 to $56 for polish alone. A french tip design shouldnt be $18 by itself. They also lie alot about the services they provide on the receipt break down. All this to say, i'm tired of having chipped nails after 1-2 days after the service. This nail chipped from opening an envelope. The nails are not well prepped and the techs dont let your gel cure since they are in such a rush to get you out of the chair. They gave me the "matching" polish. While my toes were drying I compared my fingernails. My nails were several shades lighter. (Apparently they match the dip and the gel/regular polish sets) Because they were so different I decided to info the guy so they were aware but I had someone with me and honestly didn't want to wait to get anything else done. I figured moving forward I would get two different colors so there would not be an issue. While I was explaining to him Kim (she did my fingernails) overheard and ended up saying she could apply gel to my fingernails that way they would be the same colors. I agreed. I overheard them explaining to someone else that if they haven't used the dip/polish they don't know it's not a match. It would have been nice to have that info directed to me as that is understandable. Additionally, in the beginning that should be a disclaimer and/or checking the dip and polish. Over the Easter weekend my nails began to chip. I want my nails that are chipping fixed however, I am over it.

She says it's the high-end waxes that she uses, but her technique must have something to do with it. My wife is highly complimentary and reports that Megan has customers that come from out of state. She also does facials and has light therapy. Megan will assess a client's skin and tailor a regimen. Also, the wife says, Megan is very scrupulous about sanitation, much more so than other salons she has been to.

A three year old walked out with a better quality pedicure than I did. The woman who did my…read moretoenails was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She was told to do my soak off on my fingernails as well. She left the foil and acetone on my fingernails for 40 minutes BURNED ME. When she took it off SHE SMACKED MY HAND and called me a baby. That fully pi**ed me off. I'm 26 years old. Grown a** woman. And then she proceeded to do the most sloppy gel polish job ever on my toes. She picked up a detail brush and acetone, but obviously didn't see how much of a mess she made or didn't care. Kept blaming it on my "tiny toenail" please look back to the very first thing I said here. The woman who did my fingernails was pleasant. Prices are way too high. I was charged $60 for a basic pedicure with gel polish. The woman didn't even give me hot towels on my pedicure. I'll probably never come back here because I did not receive $130 quality work. I'm very upset. Im also not afraid of them recognizing this set from tonight. I was more than understanding and was very polite to the employees here-they treated me like I was being a Karen for wanting to relax and receive a decent service.
