Buyer Beware - Scam! Natalya and Yeini are very unprofessional and do not care how you walk out of the salon (photos attached in Google review). I went in for a consultation and requested to go purple (was previously blonde) informed i hadn't done my roots in such a long time due to being pregnant and couldn't retouch my hair. Yeini informed it wouldn't be a problem, well my appointment came and went and she didn't even touch up my roots and let me walk out with full gray. Very lazy work! She ONLY put put color which i could have easily done myself at home for FREE. This team will gaslight you and put all blame on you. So I ended having to do my maternity, hospital, and newborn photoshoot with such awful hair, that they REFUSED to make right. Called in several times just to get told they'd call back in 15 min and never call back... Just go somewhere else people! read more

I came in to get long layers, came out with short layers!!! I'm super depressed, no literally took me four years for my hair to grow as long as it was and now all gone. I went in and was supposed to have an appointment w Yeini but instead when I got there she told Giselle to do it. So I am person of second chances, didn't use to be but realized error in my ways. So now I want the business to recognize error in theirs. I went in over a year ago and haircut was not what I showed the girl but was able to work with it. Fast forward to yesterday and oh my sadness!!!! I sent a picture of a cut from 3 angles and asked for their best person to cut if they had someone capable. I will not name names but was assured someone could. Akia cut my hair and did an amazing job! She was super friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I showed her photos of what I wanted and she asked for clarification when needed. She also did a great job styling my new cut! The salon was clean and lively, with upbeat music (maybe too loud at times). Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was super fun. I did have to wait about 15 minutes for the appointment before me to finish up, but I was seated quickly after that. I will definitely be going back to see Akia. read more

Nice salon, good Location, lots of stylists to choose from. Online booking system is a little bit more complex than it needs to be. Very busy salon. On my most recent trip I booked a haircut and a chocolate treatment, and I only got the treatment. By the time I realized that my stylist had no intentions of giving a haircut, the treatment was already complete and a haircut would not have been possible because my hair cannot get wet after the treatment. When she was finished with me, she walked off without talking to me further. I walked myself to the front where there was no receptionist. I left because I had paid in advance through the app including the tip. I later messaged the management to inform them that I had paid for a haircut that I did not receive. They made an excuse and said oh no that was just a charge for extra chemical. I sent them copies of my receipts from four days prior where I had paid in advance for a haircut and a treatment. Instead of acknowledging that they made a mistake and overlooked my haircut they simply blamed it on me walking out without talking to the stylist. Communication is poor their customer service is not a priority because they have so many clients that they apparently do not care about a repeat customers. It is very similar to another place in town that starts with a B lol. If you are going for a one and done it might be fine if you want to be a repeat client that has their wishes respected and expects good customer service for the high dollars they are paying I would not recommend read more
