Followed up with an excellent facial given by Victoria. Everyone at the day spa is very welcoming & it was a great way to spend time between flights. Highly recommend. First of all, the massage person should ask first if they want to chit chat or just relax. Better yet, it's a massage so the whole point is to allow the person to relax. They did not allow me to relax. Worst of all, I was given the wrong massage. I ordered the Sweden but was given the Deep Tissue and as soon as she went down, I had a terrible pain on my bad. A bump appeared later that day and I was in pain for three days! First time getting a back massage so no thank you. They were nice but you gotta talk to them first before they start and let them know firmly that you don't want to chit chat and make sure it's the massage you ordered.. read more

I love, love, love this establishment! They are so professional and do excellent work. I have gotten massages and facials there, they were amazing and the facility was very clean and very relaxing. But the service I was there for this time was a manicure. I usually did my nails elsewhere because it was cheaper, but my daughter got me a gift certificate for a manicure and I got my nails done in shellac, and their products lasted longer and didn't seem to damage my nails like the cheaper places. I usually prefer the focus to be on my neck/back/shoulders, but she did not neglect my glutes which were tight and I'm glad she listened to my body. Today, I got a manicure and it was a wonderful service. We had a great conversation and she made my jacked up nails look gorgeous. She constantly made sure that the polish was looking clean and pristine! Afterwards, she scrubbed my hands and massages them with lotion. When I've gotten a massage, it was beyond AMAZING. Upon entering front desk receptionist was really nice and informative. The ambience in the room where I got my facial done was great dimmed lighting a heated pad which made it more relaxing. Kim did my facial she did an amazing job and it was great conversing with her throughout the facial. When I come back to vacation again in Harlingen I will def come back to this spa. read more
