She was very responsive when I texted her with a question, was on time, professional and kind. Her studio is in a super cute little house in a lovely neighborhood. I didn't feel unsafe at all, which is nice when you're visiting somewhere new. She also sends out VERY thorough preparation instructions after you book. I came here for my first spray tan and had no idea what to expect. I was so afraid of coming out looking like an Oompa Loompa! The location is adorable and her little puppy makes it even better. As for the spray tan, Brandi made me feel very comfortable. The set up for the room is awesome. It is huge and it is filled with heaters so you are not cold. The whole process was super quick. I followed all the instructions before and after my spray tan. It made a huge difference. My spray tan came out beautiful. No streaks at all and it lasted a very long time. I didn't realize how much a tan could do to your body! My confidence levels went up much higher thanks to the beautiful spray tan Brandi gave me. I will definitely be back for all my future events. I had bought 2 sessions for my daughter and myself. On our scheduled appointment date we arrived 10 minutes early so that we would be ready at our appointment time to start our spray tan. We pulled up to the home and there were no lights on inside or out. Even though their listed business hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. There are no street lights so the area is very dark and uninviting. Nobody was there to let us in. Shortly after returning home I received a very unprofessional and childish text message from the owner along with an invoice for $15 for each appointment missed. Noted, "Per their cancellation policy." Although their cancellation policy does not advise you that there will be a fee for any missed appointments. I went to Brandi yesterday for the first time, I hadn't had a spray tan in a few years and was a bit nervous how it would turn out, but it looks amazing!! Brandi does an amazing job. Her place is really cute and on such a cold winter morning, she made sure I was comfortable. (From Los Angeles, so I get cold very easily). Parking was amazing, easy to find. She has a really great vibe as well. I went with the express tan, instead of the traditional. I don't mean to take a full star off, but more like a 1/3 of a star if that was possible. The next time, if I go express, I will go a much darker shade. I ended up being a bit too pale. Ok first off I paid the $50 for the "(B)lux experience I must have got the(D)lux exp. my $50 got me a rushed spray tan, no prep spray, hot towels, or glass of wine (which I was looking forward to.) I was in and out in 5 minutes. A Bit## couldn't even get a disposable underwear for my troubles. Mind you she had me strip in front of her, usually they give you a heads up and or some privacy. AKWARD. Ok but I was ready to give her a chance based on her product and tan. NOPE. I asked for Malibu Barbie tan. I looked 1 shade less pale than when I walked in. Absolutely fantastic. She does an amazing job. I love how she goes through a variety of positions and rotations to make sure every part of your body is covered and natural looking. No orangey color or splotches. Just flawless coverage. I wanted to wear something pretty minimal to avoid lines and she was very easy going about everything. She wanted to make sure I was happy with the result. I have gone elsewhere when I was out of town and was shocked that not everywhere is equal! This is hands down the best! She did a great job and I won't ever go anywhere else. It is a little tricky to find the suite. The door to the salon suites and tucked behind a staircase which makes it seem almost hidden.
