She did say I can have a discounted service....so spend more money. So just a heads up to not purchase products unless you have used them before and like paying the higher price. I was a little disappointed that they couldn't do better, but lesson learned.

The person told her that the membership would end. On my wife's last visit, she asked the front desk person again what would happen, and they told her that the membership would expire and end. Well...that was not true. I was looking over our finances, and I noticed a charge from Sunsation, and they have now been billing us for 5 months past our 3-month trial. My wife called and asked if they could cancel the membership and the person said she could not. You have to come in person and cancel the membership (so customer-friendly, I know). My wife asked if she could email and cancel that way, and the person said she doesn't think the business has an email (later, we found out they do have an email). Just be honest with people and build a business that takes care of people and doesn't play games like this. They told my wife twice that the membership would expire, and when she signed the contract, they should have told her that the 3-month contract auto-renews unless you come in and cancel. Terrible business. They don't care about people. Just want the money out of your pocket and it's your problem if you are too trusting. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Currently, they have a promo where you buy 10 and get 2 free (I think 5 and get one free was $95, plus tax for level 3 beds). Side note, it was my first time trying the level 3 bed (I've tried all levels except level 1 at this point now) but holy cow that level 3 bed does not mess around! My butt is so red from just 10 minutes I should have listed to my body when I started to feel that distinct tingling feeling.... She was extremely nasty and said the sign was broken and she can't lock the door when she's inside. Extremely nasty attitude not a smile, nothing. Overall, I enjoyed the services but I do wish they offered more, like a pool, salt room, or other amenities.

We've been paying for a membership now for two years, but we are certainly reconsidering that decision. First of all we traveled all the way from Southern California, and we actually went to buy swimwear as so she could enjoy the amenities, beforehand as she has done before. Today she ran into a receptionist who refused to grant her that privilege, I immediately told her I could pick her up, but she told me she'd be done sooner, according to them. She said that they denied her because it was to limit the exposure to heat prior to the injections? Did some recent study just get published that says exposure to a sauna, jacuzzi or a steam room before getting injected 90 minutes prior is dangerous? I just find it hard to believe that this policy is in place when she arrived well over an hour before her appointment for them not to allow her to enter the facility with a day pass is very unpleasant action. Then to tell her that they would see her sooner but subsequently fail to meet that objective and to make her wait the entire time without any word or update is atrocious behavior. Because they did not see her sooner they basically cheated her out of a large portion of her day. How is this acceptable? How do the owners think this is treatment their clients deserve? This is as nasty as the ring at the bottom of a public toilet. You stressed my wife out, and made her far more tense than when I had initially brought her! What exactly is the point of ruining her day? Why is management unable to make good on their word? Why lie to her? Is this how you treat the people who support your business? What she hoped to be a refreshing experience turned into a nightmare. How can we possibly continue to support such an establishment in good faith? Why travel from LA? Why buy swimwear? Why have a membership here? These are the questions my experience from today are leaving me with. It enrages me that you disappointed a loyal customer and she's too sweet and kind to say it herself but the only memorable moments she'll take are that you were mean and you lied to her, and she'll probably blame herself. Not the best wellness in my opinion. This spa clearly has issues that it needs to resolve before I'd recommend anyone bringing themselves or someone they cared about here. Stay away from places like this.

I was a bit late to our appointment due to running around town for various wedding errands - and despite this, Beth took great care to walk me through the process and ensure that I achieved the look I was going for. My bronze looked so natural and beautiful that on the day of my wedding, my makeup artist had no idea that I had even had a spray tan - she said she had no idea... and can otherwise ALWAYS tell. She said it was the very first time that had ever happened... and she does a lot of wedding makeup. I full heartedly recommend Beth at Sunless Silhouettes - I will most definitely be back for appointments in the future before big events!
