I cant speak of the spray tan as of yet. I can only speak of Kendall's customer service. I sent a text to her last night asking if there is any way to get a spray tan the next day (today) for an event tonight. I wake up this am to a very sweet text from Kendall stating that she is completely booked and at a event. I of course understand and asked if she could recommend anyone or if I would tan by the evening. Kendall has been an amazing asset to my life. Being of Scottish descent, I don't ever bronze in anyway. So when I have a formal event, she is my go-to. To say that she is unprofessional, is laughable! She is the most meticulous person about her work. Her front desk receptionist/assistant, is one of the sweetest and most understanding people I've encountered. My tans are always great. That is, unless I mess something up. Don't get wet! That is the key. If you don't show up with the right clothing afterward and if you don't read the clearly defined instructions that she has given, then your tan will look splotchy. It's just a fact. Everyone's body composition is different. No human skin is evenly absorbent from top to bottom. You have to be realistic in the fact that some places may have more absorption. She isn't the creator of human kind capable of changing you seamlessly into a bronze sculpture for eternity, for $45. She is THE master of spray tans. Kendall is the one that always says to come back if anything looks weird. She has offered to fix tans for me for free when it was clearly my mistake. (I used a silicone stick-on bra within the first 24 hours! Ha ha ha) If you're the type of person that always pushes the envelope and runs late, if you don't read the way she accepts payments, and if you don't follow her instructions, you're not going to have a great experience. Because she is professional and she isn't going to make her next (responsible) client suffer because you were inconsiderate. It's okay, don't come back. She deserves to have a better clientele. I guarantee 100% that no one walks into Bronze De Beaut and doesn't feel welcomed and treated like you're part of her family. My tans with her have been nothing but amazing! And they will continue to be so. Actually, I ddI have to go somewhere else because of timing and it was horrible- took almost 40 minutes to spray tan me then it was orangish in color. I got my first ever airbrush tan with Kendall the day before a 5 day trip to Cabo. I am VERY fair, seldom tan, usually just burn, and since I'm 60-something, I don't like to get color from the sun. Kendall arrived as promised, made me feel comfortable, and even brought a heater! It was really cold in my garage that day. My tan was a little darker on my legs than elsewhere, but not so much different that I thought it needed a fix. It was evenly applied, super quick and next morning I was totally bronzed! I purchased a Tan from Kendall for $65. I told them I needed the tan to last at least a week since I was doing a trial for a wedding which was out of town and I needed it to last longer. I followed instructions but the tan really started to fade after about 4 days. When I told Kendall about it she at first seemed concerned but that changed quickly. She told me that I was making "false claims" and that she never offers refunds only fixes. That I was clearly just the type of person that likes to complain. In the end, I would not recommend this business. Kendall is rude and flies off the bat anytime anyone has the audacity to say something didn't work out for them.
