In professional client relations, the standard should be to get up, approach the client, and engage directly. Expecting me to hear a "detailed explanation" shouted from another station while my assigned technician was looking at their cell phone is not an accommodation; it is a lack of respect. Security footage also cannot record the snickering I encountered when seeking clarification on whether the service was complete. Furthermore, your staff provided three different price points during my visit ($40, then $65, then $30). Pointing to a posted list does not excuse the confusion caused by your staff's inability or unwillingness to communicate clearly. Kindness and accessibility matter. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to accommodate me and remove my dip powder. The removal was gentle and they used pure acetone. I did not like that the woman who removed my dip left the skin around my nails full of chunks of dip. Since I was there I decided to try their deluxe spa pedicure since so many people were getting pedicures while I removed my dip. The deluxe pedicure was more expensive and included a scrub, mud mask, warm towel, cooling lotion, and extra massage. I quickly was dissatisfied with my pedicure because the woman who was doing it did not take her time with the cuticle care. She simply pushed them back and did not take the time to remove all the dead skin. Then when it came to the extras, I found that they were all packets of masks that you can purchase yourself. I did not get extra massage and found the deluxe spa to be underwhelming. The icing on the cake was the nail polish. The lady who painted my toes left so many gaps on the edges of my nails with no nail polish. It's like she did the bare minimum. She was really kind and helped me find the perfect nude for my toes but I would not pay for another pedicure from this place.

The girls are always cleaning up so it is never messy or dirty.
