Friend recommended this nail salon to me, made an appointment over the phone for builder gel with extensions, regular pedi & eyebrows. They did not disappoint! Cindy did my nails and she did amazing. Cleaned my cuticles like no one has before. Shaping was perfect as well. Gaby did my eyebrows and I loved them. Just did a regular clean up, she maintained the shape and thickness of my brows which I love. The salon is super clean and organized. The girls at the front desk are really nice and welcoming. Prices are reasonable. There's lots of parking which is a plus. (Free parking) Overall, I loved this salon and already booked my appointment. read more

Front desk was great and Gaby was great on the front end. Made an appointment for gel mani and pedi and everything was great until I got to my pedi. The woman (can't remember her name) was facetiming someone the entire time. Not relaxing and not a great job...probably because she was paying attention to everything except the service I paid for. I have been going here on and off for years and unfortunately that is the nail in the coffin for me. read more

I was told I needed an appointment even though the salon was completely empty. Not one customer was there. First the lady at reception tells me they accept walk-ins and someone can help me in a few minutes, but then this other lady sits at the computer next to her and tells me the next appointment is at 2:45 PM (in 2 hours?). OMFG! I think I found a gold mine! Super friendly staff! They all seem to be having great vibes! The front desk woman, I believe her name was Angie, was fantastic with helping me think of designs and colours to pick. Ary, the nail technician, was absolutely amazing! She was very precise on how she wanted the nail colour to look and how colours would compliment each other. Ary would check and ask me how I like what I saw. I LOVE IT! Just in time for my cousin's wedding with a design that I feel is fresh for spring and a colourful palette that blends so well. Thank you, Ary!! The manager was very kind and offered me coffee and water while I was being serviced. The layout of the salon is very spacious and clean. It makes the colours and customers stand out. The salon had all staff members following CDC guidelines with wearing masks and made sure there was each social distancing among customers. Great service! Definitely gonna come back. read more

Although I have received excellent service in the past, today changed that and I won't be going back. I understand that gel and non-gel colors with the same number can be slightly different but telling me that a rich wine red color on my hands was the same as the brownish color on my feet and not trying to fix it is not acceptable. Also, the manager ignoring me is highly unprofessional and the stylist being on her phone the majority of the time was unprofessional. I drive a good 30 minutes to go to this nail salon every few weeks. I'm very disappointed. Prior to this experience, I would have rated this place 5 stars. read more

The place is very cute and the staff was very friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I liked how they had a variety of nail polish colors. The place is very organized and looks clean. In between each of the pedicure chairs and manicure tables are little dividers that separate you from the person sitting next to you, which I thought was a nice touch. I did my nails with Angie, she was awesome she really took her time. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed my time there. Location is good there's plenty of parking. After years of searching high & low for the right nail salon, I think I have finally found the one. I came in last week since I was in the area looking to do a manicure with gel x & unfortunately the girl that does the gel x nails was all booked for the week, but the girl at the front desk did everything she could to accommodate me so she was able to squeeze me in with Gaby on Tuesday afternoon. Needless to say, she was well worth the wait because Gaby was amazing! So sweet & she really took her time with me. I LOVE how my nails turned out! This was my first time at this new salon and I LOVED it! I stumbled upon it and took a risk after my appointment at another place got cancelled last minute, and Dragonfly was quick to fit me in. I had to wait for a bit when I got there but it didn't bother me because they were so kind and apologetic. My manicurist Gaby was more than willing to do any design I wanted, and seemed genuinely excited about what we decided. Everything was extremely clean, sanitized, and socially distant. Every aspect of my manicure was flawless and so far it's lasting perfectly. I was the last customer of the day but didn't feel like I was unwanted or being rushed out. They are doing a great job of keeping safety measures during these trying Covid times. There are several colors and polish brands to choose from. Very comfortable pedicure chairs. Making the customer feel bad, for something the receptionist should know when making the appts. Get an appt before you leave. They will not offer a return appt, if you call they will tell there are overbooked. They do overcharge and do not let you know any prices. Got charged $90.00. Don't think I'll be coming back. This place was not that great honestly should have left after she messed up my gel pedi but wanted to give them a full try. Definitely think that the lady who did my hard gel and gel pedi didn't know what she was doing. I didn't want to be mean so I just told her it was okay but I definitely won't be returning to this place. Literally going to my primary nail place on Monday to have them redo everything bc this is awful.it's like she didn't even try to paint my toes the correct way she literally painted them like a little kid and then used the brush to get rid of the polish that was all on my skin. This nail salon was advertised to me as "new and hot" on Yelp so I decided to check it out. I only wanted to visit a nail salon that uses plexi glass dividers and Dragonfly Nails & Spa does that. They space out customers as well as appointment times. I was the only customer in the salon for 85% of the time. Aside from the salon's precautions for COVID safety, they also are on point with appointment times. No wait like I've experienced at other salons with appointments. My appointment was with Taiymi and although I do not speak Spanish, she communicated me with perfectly when needed. I will be back, thank you Dragonfly Nails & Spa. read more

It was my first time coming here and I scheduled for a gel builder and pedicure when I arrived they had me scheduled for a manicure which wasn't an issue because they quickly changed it. The time I arrived was at 5:30 pm and didn't leave until 9:00 pm, which I appreciate the dedication for my nails but the materials do feel cheap, I got my nails done on Monday and it's only Saturday and one of the nails broke. Mind you my natural nail is intact while the artificial one broke while I picked up a shirt shopping. They are nice and the service is okay. Quality on the other hand is terrible, which is upsetting for the price I paid. read more

I had a 7:30 pm appointment. Got there 10 minutes early. The lady that was suppose to do my nails was working on another client. I could tell there was no way she would finish her previous client by 7:30. I asked the receptionist how much longer I had to wait and she said about 20 more minutes. Then the receptionist tried to convince me that my appointment was for 7:45 which was not the case. I even had a text verying the appointment time at 7:30. Why she had the need to lie I don't know. Be honest. NOT a fan and NOT going back even if it's just across the street where I live. read more

Dragonfly is the third nail salon opening at this location and I must say, third time is the charm! Excellent manicure, probably one of the best I've ever gotten. It's been two weeks and my nails are still perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere, all safety precautions are taken, and the furniture is very comfortable (unlike the previous salons in this location). A few of my friends get their nails done here as well but with other nail techs and they're also amazing. The location is great and very clean. Edited to add: About that person's one star review from today... I was actually there at the time she came in. It was 12:45 and I was the only customer there. There were 2 other techs who didn't have clients at the moment. She asked if they accepted walk ins but owner had to check their future appointments. When she checked, each tech had an appointment scheduled at 1pm and there would be no time to fit her request of gel mani and regular pedi. The owner, did say she could come back at 2:45. Her negative review is simply unfair to this wonderful business. The staff there works very hard to please their customers and her review is simply not honest. read more
