Beautiful Baths just finished a complete bathroom renovation for us. We are very pleased and happy with our new bathroom. The lead installer, Terry, was the best . No questions went unanswered. Always took the time to explain things, and what was on the agenda for the next day. He had suggestions for several things that we had not considered. He even helped us pick a paint color for the walls, as I couldn't decide, lol. Terry was very friendly and personable. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product done by Beautiful baths. The installer Darcy was fantastic and kept us appraised when and if any questions needing answers to any potential hiccups. They were very professional, extremely clean, polite, courteous and friendly. I can't say any more from the excellent service provided by Chris and his team. The finished product was comparable to night and day. The job did go over the original estimate of 2 days a little, but quite understandable, as there was a couple of hidden issues behind the walls that surprised us and them, and I did ask for a couple of extra's do be completed if there was time...i.e. crown moulding. The whole finished product was completed with just a 1/2 day extra, and we did not have any problem with that. Darcy, our installer kept us appraised of all stages of the job, so there were no surprises. As for the extra jobs requested, they were all completed to my satisfaction. We were very happy that they were able to complete that part of the reno. As for the cost, the whole price came out as per original estimate, except for the addition of my extra's request. It is interesting to note that my cost estimate from Beautiful baths came out ahead of another competitor, who was only going to provided a new bath tub and shower. Beautiful baths came across very well at the beginning and then failed to meet my expectations. The selection made for the bathrooms was limited and we had to source most of the items ourselves. We were interested in a proper bathroom to suit a historic home, not a room in a Holiday Inn Express. The two bathrooms that we had remodelled were generally done in a two week time period, yet there was a lot of down time due to coffee breaks, getting parts, etc. I noted on the side of the truck that there were three locations and was later told that two of them have not been operational for a long time. Why have this listed on the truck? Chris, the owner was also almost impossible to contact, since the number given on the card rang and rang at the store with no one picking up most of the time. When the job was completed, the door was left off and I had to cut it down myself to make it fit. The bathtub was not level, so a piece of white plastic was put under one of the feet of the claw bath and it is sitting on a black tile floor. I was not overly impressed with this business and could not recommend it to anyone. In the future, I will be more cautious about who I have to renovate my bathrooms, since the cost is about the same with most companies. These comments are not made out of hand. I have a background in the trades and know what is expected and what is not. Hopefully, the next bathroom I have done will be done more professionally and without problems. read more

We are delighted with our beautiful new bathroom. Darcy and Paul were terrific guys, fast and very pleasant to have in the house.
