I ordered flowers for a funeral and visitation. They were both flowers and unique greenery. The day they arrived at the funeral home the flowers were turning brown and wilting. The roses in the arrangement never opened and the ranunculus flowers had brown spots. Instead of just putting them in a vase with water they were all stuffed into a floral foam. When I went on the website there were no arrangements to view other than wedding flowers. I called and talked to the owner and she was supposed to call me back but I never received a phone call. So I do not recommend this florist. read more

Thank you Blooms by Jen you are awesome!! Yesterday I purchased flowers to surprise my mom. She loves to arrange them herself, so I asked them to pull some pretty flowers together that she may like (I'm flower-impaired) and that she would get them loose. I was able to easily purchase them on the phone and retrieve them later (and they were ready before I expected!). I cannot *begin* to tell you how amazing my Mom's flowers were!! She said that they were the best, most beautiful flowers she had ever gotten!! My mom is a total flower geek and knows what's good vs what's great, you know? Colleen was so sweet and helpful to me--she has a great eye and helped me hit this out of the park! Thank you!! We received so many compliments on how lovely the flowers were. I met with Jen for a consultation and gave her my budget and color-scheme as well as a few photos from Pinterest with the general style of arrangement I liked. I let her and her team take it from there! The day of, the bouquet arrived at our venue and I was blown-away! It was lush, smelled amazing, and was just really gorgeous. So sad ): it's the day of my prom and I had come in earlier this week, brought my dress along and had everything written up in the order. We ordered both the corsage & boutonnière together and were schedule to pick it up May 4th between opening and 2pm and we were told they were definitely going to be ready that morning when opening. She mentioned she was excited we were ordering both since she likes them to made to match! We stopped in at noon before my hair appointment but since only the corsage was ready - they had forgotten the boutonnière, we had to wait for them to make it (which definitely does not look good- ribbon looks "janky" and thrown together) and I MISSED my hair appt. since it's such a busy day at the salon they figured I was a no show and gave my appointment away. We had shopped at other florists before coming in but felt like the ribbon here looked best even though it was a lot more expensive here. And between us guys, ladies...cover your ears...((The price was on point!))...ok ladies, you can uncover your ears. Waited a couple of months, and just last week sent Jen an email with a picture of what I kind of wanted and my budget. It was way early in the AM and told her to just give me a call when she was ready...she called and said my girl and her office was saved in my profile and boom...it was done. It has been 6 days since I sent those flowers and she is STILL in awe when she moves them off the table for dinner. The kids are talking about them. I had a tourist bus stop outside the house yesterday, apparently they were added to their scenic tour...ok..that was a bit much but...seriously they were/are amazing. Check out the pic. If I could give this florist less than one star, I would. Background - I placed this one-hundred dollar order for a memorial service that was very important to me. I requested blue, apricot, yellow roses, some white and a bit of pink. I also asked that they send me a photo of the flowers prior to delivery. I was assured they would and they did not. They later sent me a "similar" picture which was a silly thing to do - it had nothing to do with what they sent in my name. This picture of the flower arrangement was sent to me by the family after the service. I was embarrassed and appalled by what I saw. I am still completely in awe of how beautiful all the flowers for our wedding were, and how great Jen was to work with! She made the planning process easy from long distance in California and worked with my ideas and budget. Her assistants also made wedding day effortless, tracking down bridal party, moms, dads, etc. to affix their flowers inside the church while I got ready. I had not planned to have my bouquet preserved, but it was just too lovely to not have as a keepsake. Jen doesn't do preservation at her shop, but sent me to her recommendation that does. Overall I just can't think of anything I could have improved upon. Jen and her staff really have an eye for detail and made our day even more special. read more

I must say that I picked this florist by the number of her reviews. I realize that in my case it was a mistake. I am not pleased with the arrangement sent to my daughter yesterday. I did explain that the reason for sending flowers would be to up lifting my daughters spirits due to the anniversary of her fathers passing. An arrangement was sent by family for my mother's memorial. The address was not consistent, and Jen acknowledged that they recognized that the address didn't match the facility name. Instead of seeking clarification, Jen's delivered the arrangement to the wrong location, and the flowers ended up lost. I made several attempts to locate the arrangement myself (not exactly what I wanted to do on the day of my mother's memorial service). I spoke directly to Jen and she described a beautiful arrangement with lavender flowers, "you should have seen it". She contacted the facility where the arrangement was incorrectly delivered, but had no luck in finding the flowers. The next day Jen sent me a replacement arrangement, but it was unsatisfactory (based on Jen's description of the original arrangement). My family members had paid $70 for the arrangement. I attempted to work with Telaflora to get resolution, but they didn't have anything to offer. Jen did seen genuinely concerned, but her solution definitely came up short. read more

I wouldn't have had anyone else do my flowers. Jen was amazing! Not only did she help me with my vision she made is come to life and better than i could have ever imagined! I wasn't really sure what flowers I wanted but Jen walked me through the process and looked at my pinterest wall with me and we figured out a great color scheme and picked flowers that would compliment not only my theme but also my bridesmaids dresses (which were 2 colors so a lot to work with). I used Beautiful Blooms by Jen because she was local and I believe in supporting local business, but after my experience with my wedding flowers I will not use her. I do believe she is good at what she does, but I was very disappointed in my service and felt that she tried to pull the wool over my eyes. I had a few conversation with her and expressed that I wanted something clean, tight and elegant. I showed her many pictures so she would not be confused. I also ordered bulk flowers from her so we could do our own reception flowers. During the whole process she was great about making changes and I had great confidence in her. Unfortunately upon picking up my flower two days before the wedding I noticed something. I had ordered bulk purple hydrangeas and I mentioned to my sister, "These look like they have been spray painted" they did not look like the pretty lavender ones that I had seen and ordered. They were white with dark purple paint on the tips and some of it was globbed on and stuck together. The next day( the day before the wedding) we were putting the reception center pieces together and low and behold the defiantly looked spray painted. My mother called her and she admitted that she SPRAY PAINTED my flowers. I was very upset. She said she could not get the purple one I asked for with the budget I gave her and per our contract she could choose what to do. That may be, but why would you not call and tell me or ask me if I wanted a different flower. If I had known I would have chosen a different flower. Who spray paints flowers for a wedding??? They certainly did not look good. We did the best we could, but I was super disappointed. The next day with our bouquets, again not what I asked for. They were pretty, but not at all what I asked for, which was tight and clean and elegant. The flowers and the greenery were sticking out all over. What was I going to do minutes before walking down the isle? So I dealt with it, but I won't use her again. Not impressed and disappointed. I normally purchase and arrange flowers myself, or my fiancé will purchase them from the store and bring them home. I've had 2 arrangements delivered to me from Beautiful Blooms by Jen and I cannot get enough of them! Both arrangements have been absolutely gorgeous, unique and very fresh. What I love is that with both arrangements you couldn't tell which side was the front or back- they've been stunning from all angles. My arrangements have lasted well over 12 days post delivery. The most recent one was delivered to work and everyone was fawning over them! I would highly recommend (and have already) Beautiful Blooms by Jen whether you're stopping in and grabbing some flowers on your way home or having an arrangement delivered to someone special. read more

I have brought personal items to incorporate with my flowers and they are very talented and accommodatng, they have great ideas to share. I also have called and ordered flowers over the phone. All of the flowers (bouquets, corsages, centerpiece, and cake) turned out exactly as I had pictured! Also, I had been in a wedding before where the florist dropped all of the flowers off at the church and we were left searching for all of them. This was really stressful, and made me pretty nervous for this part of my wedding day. Jen's staff brought the bouquets directly to me, told me how to hold them correctly, and explained that she was personally delivering the rest of the flowers to the places they needed to be.
