Service was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The selection was nice and it's a pretty good size tree farm. ALSO they don't return the calls. We called se real times to check on the status of our tree and we didn't get a returned call. The reason I'm giving it a three star and not a five star, is bc when I walked into their sales office I walked right back out. I could not stand the smell in there. It caused me a headache and a mild migraine. Now I know it's a tree farm but please freshen up or open a window. The landscaping guys that installed the tree were friendly and professional. They diged the hole by hand and were so nice to use the plug to fill in a piece of grass area that was burned due to a previous project. They even complimented me on my garden space. I was a little surprised that they only did a small radius whole when the tree we bought back in November from another land scaping company was prepaired with a wide radius and they topped it up with thick mulch and the mulch they added from Underwood's was a lot thinner. That was another thing that made me wonder on the extra stars. Other than that they do carry a lot of trees and bushes.

In addition to having some hard to find plants, they also seem to be very careful about taking care of the plants they have. It is the only place I've found kiwi vines, variegated climbing hydrangea, and epimediums. I can't speak to annuals, shrubs, or trees. But I was impressed and thought the 50 minute drive was worth it. Call or write ahead if you are looking for a very particular plant.
