I think the last 2 Techs were new? They really scrubbed and drew the thread back and forth on my skin repeadly, unlike the normal procedure that the ladies usually do. I was greeted by Dominique, whom was very kind and answered any questions I had prior to being serviced. I was then serviced by Ana. She did a full body wax plus eyebrows. I'll be honest, I have not been waxed in months. The complete waxing was so fast and smooth due to continuous conversation and precision, I hardly realized we were at the end. I don't let anyone touch my eyebrows except one person and the position has now been given to Ana. She does waxing & eyebrows to perfection. I'm talking about not one here out of place. I mentioned I wanted a facial during my service but didn't think much of it again until I received a call from Dominique shortly after leaving advising they could do me a facial, if I still would like. My birthday is actually tomorrow and due to my flight being delayed, my original plans have been derailed and I truly appreciated Iconic Brazilian Wax's staff for making me feel heard and even more important pretty. Long story short, I arrived at the salon again for the assigned time for my facial, filled out some documents and got the best facial and derma-planning from Daniela. She was so kind and informed me of what she recommends, asked of my current routine etc. I surely fell asleep during the process but when I woke up. Chefs kissssss.
