*Long Post*-Sorry... So I've tried REALLY hard to keep my mouth shut about this and I wish I could rate them lower. However, at this point I can't. My usual nail salon closed so I went to a new one based off reviews online. My 1st experience was amazing! Then after it just went straight off the cliff. Not only did I tell the tech my nails didn't match the color I picked out for SNS, they argued with me about why the color is different etc when I pointed out I was unhappy. I know how nail color works regardless if its gel, acrylic or SNS. I've had my nails done for over 10 years off and on. The picture below with the blue is THAT experience. You can plainly see what I picked versus the color I got. I've never EVER had a nail break on me before FYI. The 2nd experience is also pictured with bank info/proof of dates. I went and got another fill in like an idiot. Despite everyone telling me not to go back, I did. Well only 5 or so days after getting my nails done ATLEAST 3 HAD ALREADY broken off! When the 1st did, I shrugged it off and figured I was too rough, then after it became a pattern and became VERY painful. My nails were breaking off left and right and splitting my real nails, causing them to bleed. Again, I superglued it together waiting for it to grow out so I can properly trim. I trimmed them all down... HERE IS THE BEST PART YALL!!!! So on the last set, the red ones, which were supposed to be matte but weren't, broke off after days (and spent over $100 for) About 3 weeks ago, I started to develop blisters, and my fingertips were cracking and peeling. I figured the cold weather was causing it. Now here we are almost a month later and my fingertips are still peeling, cracked, and extremely painful. After doing some research, it turns out they gave me CHEMICAL BURNS from resting my hands in whatever remover they use for way too long. My fingers and nails are ugly and splitting in every way. If you personally know me, you know that I never complain about anything service-wise (if I was given the wrong food at a restaurant, I'll eat it, etc.) But at this point, I'm livid and just hoped they would fix things after they messed up..... but they dont/wont. They argue and make up excuses, blaming everyone and claiming zero responsibility. They do have a few really nice employees. I hate to say this, but if this is the service they are providing, I dont want it. Not if they are going to damage my skin and nails. I should have known better and shouldn't have been so nice. The pictures below are what took place, dates, bank info, and what my skin look like after moisturizing. To sum it all up: *they will damage your skin and nails. *they will not give you the color or finish you desire. *they will not fix their mistakes. *they will not get my money again. read more

I got the Lavendar mint pedicure and it was amazing! Firstly I arrived at 12 noon on a Friday and it was packed. I was seated in the chair around 10-15 minutes so no big deal. I was done by 1:30 and the place was empty! They get you in and out. very quiet peaceful relaxing environment! I'll be back! read more

Less than pleased with this place. They wouldn't do my manicure at the same time as my pedicure which put me behind on my day... never said anything about that when I ordered both, expecting them to be done at the same time. The man brought the wrong color to me. The pedicure lady was apparently brand new and did a horrible job on the pedicure, the massage & the polish. She kept touching the sides of my toes with her drill while removing the previous gel polish I had on. Looked at me and smiled and laughed as my toe jumped from the pain. First off, it's not funny, secondly, get off my skin with your drill. She painted my skin with the gel polish and proceeded to put the light on them. I told her to get it off my skin or it's just going to peel off when I leave here. Unprofessional and the whole experience was just really disappointing. You would think I had deformed feet for as many things that went wrong. Not to mention they have bugs... there were flies and gnats everywhere. As far as the massage, I might as well have had a kitten walk across my legs. That's about as much pressure as I got from it. I won't be back. I'd rather use Signature Nails in Mirror Lake. ***3 day update*** 1 of the gel nails came off IN MY SLEEP. I've been going to this place since last year and have been pleased with the service until today. The same has done my French acrylic nails and today he had another customer so I had a lady and what a horrible job. I have always paid $38.00 but today I was told after my service was over that my service was $46.00 all I can say is never again. My nails are crooked and not straight at the tips. Now after paying this money I have to come home and fix my shitty nails smh. read more

The price is in comparison to what I've been paying and their service is very professional and friendly. Went to go get mine and my daughters eyebrows done. We walk in the door the teenager at the door rudely ask me do you have a mask? I responded, yes I do just waiting on my daughter to come in. Not even a minute later same girl... ma'am that mask, do you need one? It's a $1.00 mind you this entire time her mask is sitting below her nose and every time she talks she is pulling the mask down. Defeating the purpose of it all. Finally get back to get my eyebrows done and the girl who comes in.... No mask on you could not tell she did anything to my eyebrows then another girl comes in to do my daughters eyebrows. Also no mask, but why two different people to do the same thing. Then get a total of $22 for eyebrows?!?! $11 a person I have never seen it so high. Usually it's like $5-8 for brows then to add same mask police girl is now sitting by the door with mask at her chin smacking on gum and playing with her phone. This place is a joke! read more

This was my first time getting a pedicure. I waited about five minutes to be seated. Was offered a beverage as soon as I got to my chair. The water was good and hot. The chair was a massage chair that worked wonderfully. I had the lavender and mint pedicure. It smelled delightful. The moisturizing massage was great, as well as the hot paraffin dip and warm towels on my feet. I loved it. Took an hour but he worked on me the entire time. It gets busy so I would show up early. They didn't really talk to me but I didn't want them to. I had my headphones and just wanted to relax anyway. Cost me a little over $40 but I felt it was worth it. The facility is clean and the tools were fresh. I liked that they opened them in front of me so I know they were fresh. There was contemporary music playing. It was a little loud but not intolerable. Came in for an impromptu pedicure. Got the Lavendar Pedi, but nothing smelled o Lavender. The lotions and creams they use are generic. I feel if I'm paying for a lavender pedi, it should at least smell like it not just be lilac in color. The towels used to wrap your legs in had an overpowering smell of Downy. It was extremely hot inside and stuffy. They didn't offer me a drink until I was almost done drying my polish. I was completely turned because I wasn't engaged in conversation. The entire time they were speaking in their native language and laughing amongst each other; setting an uncomfortable setting for everyone there. Now don't get me wrong, I don't care if they are speaking in another language, because I'm ultimately their for a service, but the least you can do is be friendly and engage your customers. My cuticles weren't cut thoroughly and I had to ask them to cut them twice and the polish wasn't covering my entire nail, which I once again had to show them and ask that my nails be completely polished. This establishment is great for those who know no better or those who don't expect much from someone providing a service. The establishment was all too messy and unorganized for my liking. read more

I just moved to Temple and have tried a nail salon in Carrollton and one in Douglasville that were meh to subpar. I didn't have high expectations trying the salon in Temple, but it's really close to my house and I dropped in. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is inside. It was much nicer than the other two places I went plus they had a TV set to HGTV and I was able to watch a fixer upper episode, which made the time fly by. The young man was attentive to what I needed and did a very nice job shaping my nails and fixing a nail that was growing back in with a tip then doing a great job using SNS. I just got my real nails painted with gel and it was kinda pricey I could of gotten SNS or even a full set for less. They got super busy and the person doing my nails started to rush and they did not turn out great at all. They do not communicate with you at all so it's very uncomfortable. My nails have like bumps on them from the polish I guess and the guy even saw them and did not offer to fix them at all and just continued to rush. I use to go here all the time but ever since the old owners sold it to the new owners it has not been good at all. read more

It is nice and clean inside. They were very busy on a Saturday, even with 4 people working. Wait was about 25-30 minutes for a manicure. The only upsetting part was my nail design. It's not terrible, but if you have a design in mind, I'd make sure the tech is good at free-hand design and not just nail painting. read more

So I was referred to this nail salon by someone who's been going here for over two years. I decided to try them out today. I did not make an appointment but I sat there and waited for almost an hour to be seen for SNS. I did not like the soak off method to remove the previous SNS. They leave residue, and old polish on my skin. Other places wrap the nails in foil and a cotton ball w/ acetone on the cotton ball. After waiting an hour the guy who did my nails kept stopping to do other things. He was not attentive to me as a customer. When he got finished, I went outside and could tell that my nails had ridges in them. An SNS is suppose to be smooth and sleek. I was highly disappointed especially when I got there a little after 11 and did not leave until almost 1:45. I called them and complained and I will be back there tomorrow to get my nails redone. $35 is too much for crappy service. I won't be back after my redo tomorrow either. read more

Fuxk this nail salon! Do not get your nails done by the black thug with jail tattoos! I got my nails done with this guy only because he was the only one in the shop. I'm from California and I've never seen a black thug who does nails. Anyhow I figured because i was in Georgia that it was normal for the area. He did my full set decent so I decided to ask for a pedicure since the shop wasn't busy & I was literally the only customer in the shop. He agreed but gave me attitude & did a very sloppy paint job. Then I go to the counter to pay & swipe my CC. He asked me where I was from again while I was giving him a cash tip, so I told him California as I walked out. Then he followed me outside & yelled at me "that he never wanted to see me here again!" I replied that "he wasn't the owner of the salon & he has no business telling me where I can or can't travel to in the world & to go back inside!" I wish I didn't give him a tip.
