Our makeup artist was running 45 minutes behind schedule- do the math and you can see we were immediately in a pickle. However, the stylists and makeup artists worked together and somehow made it work. Pros: -Communication. We were greeted immediately upon entry and notified of the appointment delay- no late surprises. -Teamwork. The staff was like a well oiled machine on a day of complete chaos getting us in and out within our scheduled timeframe, even with they're own limitations. -Ambiance. When you're going to a place to get styled, it always helps for the place to be beautiful, and this place it's the mark. Stylish decor and CLEAN. -Education. I was informed that the current stylists on staff have a minimum of 4 years of experience, some with as many as 20. Cons: As for this trip, none.
